My experience was great!
My experience was great!! I knew exactly what kind of puppy I wanted and puppy heaven made the process very smooth and easy. The service was excellent and the cleanliness was excellent. I saw this place online and as I walked in and looked around I knew I could trust this place.

Here’s a polished review you can use or tweak:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had an amazing experience at this pet store! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from start to finish. Their cleanliness and safety processes for viewing and interacting with the dogs are truly top notch, which gave us so much peace of mind. Every dog was well cared for and absolutely adorable. We purchased our Teacup Pomeranian here, and we are completely in love—couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a sweeter addition to our family. Highly recommend! 🐾💖

Puppy heaven has not only provided, but delivered the best customer service satisfaction that I have ever had. If I could rate them 100 stars I would. They were not only knowledgeable and patient with my concerns but thorough and honest throughout the purchase process. My family is blessed to have a new addition that has filled our hearts beyond measure. The purchase of our teacup, Pomeranian was seamless. Puppy heaven’s staff went above and beyond in professionalism, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase from them.
