Still waiting for my blanket

Still waiting for my blanket after almost a month. I talked to someone in person Tuesday last week and he promised they had 48 hrs to either remake or "find" my blanket. Then they would send it 3 day shipping. Well it should have arrived by now and it hasn't. I messaged them on Facebook and they apologized for the delay on my "socks" and did not give me any updated information. Beyond frustrated! I bought the blanket when my dog suddenly passed away as a comfort for my daughters. Don't use this company.

DO NOT purchase from this company!!!

DO NOT purchase from this company!!!! I placed my order on December 18 and am still waiting to receive my order (today is January 29) and the latest info from the company is that they are "rushing" my order and it will be delivered no later than February 13... I have emailed them every 10-12 days to follow up (since they don't send any updates to their customers) and they have given me new delivery dates and have missed every single date promised to date. They "graciously" refunded my $12 delivery fee - which is the least they should be doing at this point. I've asked for a full refund and cancellation of my order since the company promises "satisfaction guaranteed" on their website and advertises 8-12 days delivery upon order - both of which they have failed miserably. They let me know that they can't cancel/refund my order and that they've "done all they can". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - there are many other competitors that do a great job with delivering on their promises and offer courteous customer service.
