Total scam
Total scam. Told me that they didn't have any inventory and then refused to give me a refund and sent me nothing. After a few emails they have now ghosted me. Complete thieves!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE
Like the other reports, the pictures of their wreaths on their website are larger than in reality. The quality is poor (dollar store crap). And their "return policy" is nothing more than saying, ok we'll take 10 or 15% off for you. Never do they allow a full refund for their subpar product. Thankfully our bank helped to refund the fraudulent transaction, but only after more hours of back and forth that made this whole endeavor a huge waste of time. Avoid "purexcellent.com" at all costs.

Scam Scam Scam
Just received the two wreaths from this scam company… first, they’re NOT located in the United States, second, I received the wreaths with flowers not secured to the wreath itself and you could do a better job making them if you purchase supplies from the dollar store.The pictures you see AREN’T what you receive. Save yourself your money and don’t buy from this site… a total scam!

DON'T BUY FROM PUREXCELLENT
I would give them a zero starts if I could. Wreaths were very poor quality and much smaller than the pictures. When I went to return them at my own cost, the address on their website is a fraudulent address. The business at the address sent them back stating that Purexcellent was using their address fraudulently. Attempts to speak to them via email is nearly impossible. This business is NOT located in the U.S. as portrayed on their website. DO NOT BUY their products.

This company is a SCAM!!!!!!! Website says it’s a USA owned company…It’s NOT….it’s crap from China!!! My wreath looks NOTHING like the picture and it STINKS!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

This site doesn't deserve one star. Do not order from this site! It is a scam! The photos they show on an item is NOT what you will receive! I ordered what was a beautiful wreath in the photo and received a cheap plastic ugly wreath that I wouldn't hang anywhere. And they won't refund your money. They want to offer you only a small percentage of a refund. Why? I didn't get what I ordered and want to return it for a full refund. I shouldn't be out any money. They sent a fake product. They should absorb the cost! I've emailed them numerous times, there's no phone number, and filed complaints against them with my state and with federal atty generals and they aren't answering their requests either. Do not waste your money! Shop somewhere else. I am out almost $70 for a wreath that is not what I ordered based on their item photo. I would have never paid that much for what the item actually looks like. I wouldn't have ever ordered it if the item photo was a picture of what you actually receive. It's awful!

The most missed represented product…
The most missed represented product scam! I ordered a 26" Texas wildflower wreath, got a 14" horrible plastic piece of crap! And they're not responding to my emails. Convenient for them, they don't provide a phone number to call.

Scam, do not use this company. I ordered seven geranium bushes which were advertised for use outside. They arrived, smashed in a tight bundle, shoved in my mailbox. The flowers were cheap and damaged. Pure excellent would not refund this damaged order requiring me to decline payment on my credit card with extra paperwork. Their website says they will refund a damaged product but they do not honor this promise they only offer a 15% discount and tell you to keep the damaged product. This company is a scam.

Ordered Texas Wildflower Wreath and arrived looking nothing like the picture and size was so much smaller. Looks like a dollar store purchase. Emailed customer service for return label and received this: Thank you for contacting us and for your feedback. Due to the recent surge in orders, we have a lot of work to deal with. Wrong Order, No Return, No Refund Scam
Ordered red geraniums for outdoor use. Checked that the company was United States; website lists their office in Arizona. Item was shipped from China. AND I received a bunch of pink flowers - NOT what I ordered. They argued that it was a color abberration on the photo and offered a 10% refund if I would keep the wrong order. Argued back and forth and they said I could return it to CHINA and prove it and ask for a refund then - SCAM SCAM
