A piece was missing

A piece was missing, and a piece was bent badly from a puzzle given me by my granddaughter. I sent every documentation asked for except the original receipt (duh, she bought it as a gift). Even though I gave them what I wanted, it was a no- she paid over $19 for the puzzle “I am Hummingbird”——never again!!!!

I bought 4 1000 piece puzzles and put…

I bought 4 1000 piece puzzles and put together 3 of them. Pieces were missing and one puzzle had 3 pieces missing and 4 duplicate pieces. So disappointing as I glue the puzzles together and mount them on my basement walls. I’m not even going to take the time to put the fourth puzzle together. Will never purchase another puzzle from this place.

Satisfied Customer

I wrote a review about the quality of a jigsaw puzzle that I had ordered through Puzzle Warehouse and said that I would not order a puzzle from that particular manufacturer again. My complaint was directed toward the manufacturer of the puzzle, not Puzzle Warehouse. The response that I received from Puzzle Warehouse was excellent.

This place is terrible

This place is terrible. I ordered a big puzzle board for $116. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one .. to ship it back it was $130… they refuse to provide a shipping label even if I just want to simply exchange the item. Do not buy from this place

puzzles ordered but not received poor service

puzzles ordered but not received. Poor customer service answers to the issue. This is the second time I've bought from them and both times have been terrible. I'm done.

Fedex misdelivered two puzzle and P.W. was unhelpful

Fedex misdelivered two puzzle, saying they left them at "the garage" I don't have a garage. Puzzle Warehouse made it as complicated as they possibly could and when the original and a replacement turned up, they insisted that I send it back at my expense. They finally sent me a packing label "as a courtesy." That is not a word I would have used,

Great inventory, never any issues

I have been purchasing puzzles from Puzzle Warehouse for a couple of years now, usually 3-4 puzzles of 1500 pieces per order and always had a great experience. Never a piece missing, always ordering brands I know I like (low dust), and the shipping is always quick. I have yet to have to interface with their customer service as I have never had any issues. I love their inventory and find their regular publishing of coupons a great way to wrangle up puzzles which I use to decompress.

Customer service was rude and did not help

There were four pieces missing from my puzzle. I filed a complaint and they said they needed a photo. I am not skilled enough to upload a photo, but I took one with my phone and called to ask where to send it. They told me I could not report it that way. Whyever not? I was left with no option but to let them know how I feel about the process

Overcharging and terrible customer service

I just got off the phone with puzzle warehouse customer service. I have purchased a lot of puzzles from this company. On this occasion, the courier advised me in advance of taxes and duties and I paid them online. When I went to pick up the package at the post office, they told me that the company had shipped it $120 COD. Since they had already charged me the exchange rate on US funds (I live in Canada), and I had already paid duties and taxes, I called them to ask what the COD was for. Please note that the post office clearly indicated that the COD came from the company and not from them. The man I spoke to on the phone said that there was a disclaimer on their purchase page that I had to pay all duties and taxes charged. I told him that I had already paid those and that this was COD from Puzzle Warehouse, not the courier or the government. He then told me it was the exchange rate. I told him that I had already paid the exchange rate through my credit card.He then claimed that I had previously called and been explained all this. I had never called them before, I had emailed them and did not get the courtesy of a response. I explained this all to him and he kept parroting that I need to take this up with my bank. He claimed he had been told that they don’t charge COD. I asked to speak to someone higher up, he said there was no one. I asked to speak to whomever was telling him what to say; he refused to let me speak to anyone else.My order was $649, with the exchange rate and taxes and duties, I paid almost $1000; I accepted all that, but then for the company to charge me another $120 COD. I was a good customer but it did not get me good customer service. The rep on the phone told me they don’t do refunds. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Their customer service has no idea what they are talking about or the definition of COD.

BEWARE OF SOME VERY POOR QUALITY PUZZLES

I ordered some puzzles from different makers for myself and as a gift. The one I opened is pure junk. It is so poorly made there is no possibility of properly linking pieces. Because it was opened it can't be returned or receive a refund. The other was purchased more than 30 days ago so I'm stuck with both purchases.

Puzzle Warehouse is going downhill fast

I recently received a puzzle that was missing a piece from Puzzle Warehouse. When I contacted them, I was told I had two options: 1. Receive a 50% refund that I could use on a puzzle that I must purchase from them, or 2. Receive a 20% refund on my credit card. When I pointed out that I would like the puzzle replaced - they turned me down flat. I used to purchase from Puzzle Warehouse all the time - at one point they were the best place to purchase puzzles on the Internet - but no more. Not only has their customer service gone downhill, but they do a terrible job at packaging their puzzles, and I have had several arrive damaged due to the LACK of packaging materials they put in the box. Additionally, there are a LOT more jigsaw puzzle storefronts on the Internet now, carrying a lot of brands that Puzzle Warehouse does not carry, and with a lot better packaging - so I choose to shop with their competitors. Puzzle Warehouse really needs to take a good look at the marketplace and up their game, or they will find themselves with a fraction of the customers they once had.

Got a puzzle with a missing piece and they will not resolve the issue

I purchased a puzzle from this company. Three weeks later I and a group of people assembled the puzzle. Upon completion we found a piece of the puzzle was missing. We looked everywhere and could not find it. The next business day I called Puzzle Warehouse. They would NOT resolve this issue. They said I needed to supply a photo of the puzzle with the missing piece showing, otherwise they would do nothing to resolve the issue. We did NOT take a picture. They tell me that the puzzle manufacturer (nor will they) do anything without the picture. So I am out the money I paid for the puzzle and now have to buy it again elsewhere. I will NEVER buy another puzzle from them.

Refused to provide Customer Service

I ordered from Puzzle Warehouse with overnight shipping. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive on time. However, FEDEX is willing to refund the shipping costs under its Money Back Guarantee, if only Puzzle Warehouse was willing to help process the claim and pass the refund on to me. However, they made it clear that they had no interest in helping out, even though it wouldn't cost them any money to do so. It's not what I would call Customer Service.

Very disappointed with purchase

I bought lots of puzzles from this business and I recently bought some and I received one I did not order and it was the ugliest puzzle. I did not get the puzzle I wanted. The agent said I had to send a picture of the puzzle and label on it to prove, I actually got the wrong one so they could send me a return label. I do not know how to do that on the phone. I discovered later they put the wrong label on the puzzle and that it was their mistake I got the wrong puzzle. I am so disappointed that I probably will not order again!

Damaged Items and Poor Customer Service

I ordered 3 puzzles as birthday gifts. They arrived poorly packaged and damaged. The company is a nightmare to deal with trying to get a resolution. I would avoid them unless you like paying full price for damaged items.

Perfect score for amazing customer service

The customer service from this company is top-notch! I had an issue with a damaged puzzle, they replaced it right away. There was another puzzle that I didn't really care for because the pieces didn't stay together and they sent me a free puzzle of my choice! Huge shout out for the great service.
