I bought two earrings from them and they are both very beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Dhruv answered all the questions over the phone and the jewelry was delivered on time within 2 days as advertised.
Great product and service
I was initially unsure about whether the gold was authentic, but my experience turned out to be amazing. Dhruv was fantastic — he personally reached out to ensure everything went smoothly and made the whole process great. I would highly recommend them!The only downside is that the price is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, most jewelry online tends to be more expensive than in-store, so I guess that’s understandable?

Beware before buying from Queen of Hearts Jewelry. I had one of the most unreliable experiences ever. They gave me wrong information about where the hallmark would be, so I couldn’t verify anything when the bangle arrived. Later they sent a random zoomed photo showing a tiny “22K” somewhere else — and honestly, the whole thing felt shady.There was no manufacturer stamp, no BIS mark, no brand stamp — nothing except a plain “22K” engraving. That alone is not convincing or standard for real 22K gold. For such a high-value item, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious doubt about authenticity.And despite their miscommunication, they still charged me a 10% restocking fee after I returned the item in perfect condition. A trustworthy jeweler wouldn’t do this.If you want authentic gold, proper hallmarking, and free returns, go to Tanishq. This site feels unreliable and borderline scam-like, and I will not be purchasing from them again.
