WHAT A TRANSFORMATION. I CAN’T STOP SMILING!
I cannot recommend Ian Lane and the team at Queensway highly enough. I was an NHS patient of Ian's for years, but when the clinic went into private practice, I reluctantly decided to leave, as I really feared the cost. After a disappointing search for a new and comparable dentist, I returned to Ian at Queensway several weeks ago with a sore mouth, damaged teeth from clenching/grinding, and low self-esteem — it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Despite working part-time, their flexible payment options made my dream smile a reality. Ian is a truly exceptional dentist and with help from his brilliant assistants, Brie and Gemma, not forgetting dentist Tim and the lab team, he has transformed my chipped teeth into the most beautiful set of veneers, which fit my face perfectly, and they look and feel so natural. I can't remember the last time I felt this confident!

On prices alone absolutely shocking…
On prices alone absolutely shocking compared to other private dentists and in lovely areas.840.00 for crown quoted 480 to 540 elsewhere and a filling 280 quoted 110 to l40 other places.Also the consultation is 90 and been quoted 50 to 80 elsewhere.If there want people through the door there need to bring the prices down a disgrace.Oh and 180 for a hygiene polish so would be around 1500,00 if went to billingham cash price. I can get all my work done at another private dentist in far better location for 730.00 for exactly the same procedure.basically saving myself some 770.00

I received 5 star treatment at Queensway Dental practice. After many years of being afraid of the dentist I knew I needed treatment and was in great deal of pain. I have had fillings , root treatment and teeth extracted and all very painless. Dentist is highly skilled, puts you at ease and makes sure he freezes the area he is working on to ensure no real pain or discomfort. I've got to say, I was terrified on returning to the dentist after many years but getting teeth out when absolutely necessary was pretty much pain free and fillings and root treatment were really surprisingly pain free as well. I have more work due this month and I'm actually looking forward to the treatment and I will be able to smile for the first time in a very long time. Highly recommend going to this treatment. Amazing Smile Make-Over and Outstanding Service !
I made an appointment with Dr Ahmad to discuss a cosmetic smile make- over I was considering. I was so impressed with the time he took to explain the procedure and timeline with me that I decided to engage him to carry out the works to my upper and lower teeth.My new smile make-over is nearly complete and I am very happy with the results which look truly amazing ! I get many comments about how lovely and natural they look from friends. I now have a great looking smile for an incredible price at a fraction of what it was costing at a Harley Street practice !What's been equally impressive is the support amd service from Dr Ahmad and his team throught the entire process which has always been very friendly and incredibly welcoming, making you feel valued as a patient. Dr Ahmad always wants to ensure he is happy with his work and has been willing to go above and beyond to change the smallest of things for me so I was 100% satisfied. Dr Ahmad, with the assistance of Eileen make a great team and now take care of all my dental needs. Professional and fantastic treatment results
Dr Ahmed has been my dentist since 2016. I have had many problems with my teeth and gums, and at Queensway dental practice it had provided me with fast and effective treatments. I had many tooth extractions, root canals, fillings and teeth cleaning. Dr Ahmed was very professional with his approach and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He provided me with a detailed breakdown on my dental treatment, advised me what I could do to help me improve certain aspects to be able to look after my teeth in general. I highly recommend Queensway dental practice; the place is soothing and makes you feel relaxed. I suffer severe gag reflux, at Queensway dental practice they worked with me on a technique to overcome this; the soothing music in the background played a great deal. Very happy overall.

Horrible Experience
I originally saw Dr Ahmad before lockdown and he said I needed two fillings. After lockdown I went to get the fillings. Dr Ahmad wasn't available and I was booked to see Dr Rahim. The first appointment I had to wait for over 30 minutes so I booked another appointment. I came back and had the two fillings. After the freezing wore off I was in tremendous pain. I went back to the practice in tears because the pain was so bad. I horseback ride and have broken ribs and arms and have a high pain tolerance but this was bad. Dr Rahim said she couldn't tolerate crying and if I didn't stop she would leave and let me suffer. The receptionist calmed me down and she did a partial root canal and said due to the fact she hadn't done a 3D x-ray she didn't realize the tooth needed to be removed as it was decayed. I refused and left. I went from a filling to tremendous pain to a root canal to being told I needed an extraction in 4 hours. I went back to Dr Ahmad and he tried to help but the damage had already been done. I have never had this much pain and abuse at a dental practice.
