Our Virtual Assistant Changed the Game for our Front Office!

We are so thankful for the help given to us through Quick Team Solutions! We were able to quickly hire a virtual assistant who was very knowledgeable and experienced with the operations of a medical office. With minimal training and onboarding, our virtual assistant has been a game changer for our clinic! Patient complaints about phone wait times and inattentiveness of staff have virtually disappeared since adding a virtual assistant to our staff. We wish we could hire ten more people exactly like Siobhan! She's a hard worker, very punctual, and an excellent communicator even though her home base is half way around the world!
