The spirit of Ebenezer Scrooge & the Grinch Dwells Here
2026 is the year I only want to deal with companies that value their customers & this company is not one of them. They definitely don't value hard-working Americans, and they certainly don't take responsibility for any of their errors.I contacted this company at 2 AM about a $25 off coupon that didn’t apply the promised + free shipping. I sent screenshots with the date and time, showing the coupon was still working when I used it. I was going through all my emails & this promotion had caught my eye, so I was trying to place an order. Customer service responded a few hours later, stating that the coupon had expired the night before. They not only refused to honor the free shipping but also disabled the $25 discount I’d originally received. Their reason? “We cannot honor promotions past their stated end date for any customer. This is a company-wide policy, and we must remain consistent.” Oh, and let's not forget the ending, "Thanks for your email. May God bless you and your family this holiday season."Instead of showing goodwill for a clear system glitch that is their error, they chose to punish a customer reaching out for assistance. The whole experience gave me Grinch and Ebenezer Scrooge vibes ~ rigid, penny-pinching, while missing the holiday spirit entirely.
