4 months of delays, no products delivered.
Ordered a table in April with ETA 5/22. I call in June, no table, they give me a new ETA 7/20. I call after 7/20, they said that the shipment has been lost, and for me to wait until they can order another from their supplier. I call in August, they said they would email me the details. They never emailed me the details. I call them again after 2 weeks. They said they would call me by the end of the week if they can get the table to me. They did not call me by the end of the week. I called the next week, "sorry sir we cannot get this table, would you like to cancel your order".Other sellers, including the manufacturer's shop, has it available and in stock in the USA. This shop is probably a scam.

I placed an order for a Woodpecker hand piece ref WJ-15L, and they sent me the wrong one ref WJ-45L. The next day I contacted them to get a solution and they said they would get back to me, but to this day they haven't. Very bad service since I ordered it because it took a long time and I had to write to find out about my order because I thought they had scammed me. If you want to buy something, don't do it in this store.

Item shipped roughly 30 days after order was place and after I had contacted the company twice trying to find if there was a delay or issue. No warning. Item was stocked when ordered it and no warning of delayed shipping. Still haven't received but at least have a tracking now.

Poor Customer Support
It took too long to resolve the issue. Very disappointed in the units I purchased, TPC portable suction units. They lasted just over a year with minimal use and failed! Of course, they were out of warranty. I was promised help with the cost of parts needed to repair. That never happened. At this point I have spent close to $1000.00 in service calls and new parts are not installed yet! By the time I pay for the installation of new parts, it would have been cheaper to buy a new unit.
