You sold me a fake although I was led to believe I was buying my grandson a genuine Chelsea shirt. The Nike tick on the front is peeling off. So is the Chelsea badge.I have since discovered the label inside and washing instructions are all in Chinese.
Item was delivered but after one wash the lettering has come away after spending nearly £100 on a football shirt I expected better.
This company is a complete scam. They will take your money and you will not receive your order. I ordered a shirt in December last year, despite numerous emails, all answered by a ' Lisa Thompson' which is a nom de plume for someone based outside the UK , probably Hungary which is where this company is based, assuring me my order would be received, it hasn't been. Dont waste time or money as you will not receive your order. Go to a legitimate seller.
After waiting several weeks for my childs football kit to be delivered, it turned up and is entirely counterfeit. I have tried and tried to contact these scammers and to no avail. They're unreachable. My bank has now been unable to challenge the payment as it was eventually delivered, so I will be taking this matter further and reporting not-so-Rapid Athletic for fraudulently selling counterfeit items. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Stay clear of this company. Nobody answers the phone. Keep say item dispatched, never turned up. Contacted my bank for money refund as this lot wouldn’t refund me.
Real madrid shirt, 9 weeks to arrive and it's a cheap copy. Avoid!
I gave it a 4 as I was also convinced it was a fake site due to no one answering the customer service line. I did email and did get a response saying my item will reach me shortly and by surprise within 10 days from 2 jan 2025 amazingly I did receive my item. I was on edge untilI received it. The only safe thing I did for myself was not to go on the links for tracking the delivery tbh that would be with anyone company now.
Steer clear of this company!!If I could rate them zero stars I would. I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering. Ordered something on the 27th of December for my son’s birthday and the item still hasn’t arrived.Back and forth with numerous emails and don’t seem to be getting anywhere just excuse after excuse your order is being processed etc etc.Asked for my money back and the order to be cancelled for them to respond that it’s been shipped and I’m still waiting with tracking details that show zero update.WORST COMPANY EVER I JUST WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED
Having paid £50 for a kids Scotland top I stupidly assumed it would be genuine. Lesson learnt. They even used a g for a 9. Stay clear
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Took 5 weeks 2 days for the FAKE football kit to arrive for my son. absolutely disgusting and for the price they expect you to pay. have nothing good today. total rubbish.
Ordered on 12th of December as Christmas gift finally arrived on the 11th of January after telling them i was contacting my bank for refund. Would never use them again wish I read the reviews before ordering
Really poor, ordered a Christmas present on 10/12, took over a month to arrive, no contact from customer service, despite emailing twice. Website says orders despatched in a few days so no idea why mine took weeks as customer service don’t respond! Wish I’d read other reviews about these before I’d ordered, certainly won’t be using again
Disgusting company to order from took over 6 weeks to get my order which was a Christmas present with Zero customer service. I would highly recommend not ordering from this company!!!
Order took 16 days to be delivered. Received a partial refund due to this but then they blamed stuff like the weather and holidays for taking this long. Item dies not seem genuine and if you are ordering this as a gift, keep in mind it takes forever.
Fake counterfeit football kit that took over a month to be delivered
I ordered a football strip on 9th December as a Christmas present for my nephew. It still hasn't arrived. Spoke to someone on 21st December and was told it would be despatched that day. Obviously it wasn't! Now no one will answer their telephones. It's disgusting, the item is paid for of course. Don't use this company I wouldn't have gave them any stars. Can't even get my money back as they won't answer the phone.
This should be NO STARS!!!!All a SCAM. do NOT buy from this site. Email no longer working. Did not receive our goods. Big shout out to Halifax who have given us our money back.
Shocking slow delivery. Avoid buying from this company. Ordered a shirt two weeks before Xmas and it didn’t arrive until New Year’s Eve.No email confirmation of purchase or any emails to say it would be late. Currently trying to get a refund from them.Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I ordered it on the 2/12/24 it took them until the 27/12/24 to deliver a Christmas present which I have sent back I been InTouch 7 times now and not once have they bothered to reply ever this site is a scam stay away they take your time and then take the piss out of you
