The item I received was completely different from what I ordered. The receipt order had a Mega evolution booster box but got a Japanese mega dream ex booster bundle. I've emailed the help email and still waiting on a response.Order number # RC1768-047669-7451
TCG - If you are buying single packs from them BEWARE. They sell DEAD PACKS. The product I bought was clearly not in its original seal. Out of the 18 packs I got only got 3 SR the rest were all Rare. 😓

I have used Rare Candy for quite awhile now and have logged over 5500 cards! I find this app to be very informative and easy to use! I like that there is no daily scan limit and prices update daily through TCG Player! I am going to start doing auctions and ordering from the reputable retailers to expand my collection! I enjoy Rare Candy and will continue to use it for my collection!!
I have ordered products for years from Rare Candy. Anything from almost $700 Aquapolis packs to the modern sets and have had nothing but great service and authentic amazing products! Very trustworthy and reliable. Truly one of the BEST out there!

I ordered Mega Evolution from one the sellers on the platform. It arrived on release day with solid packaging.
I have ordered from Rare Candy several times, and the products have always arrived quickly and in good shape. It's one of my go to places since most of my local shops are out of stock.
I purchased 2 mega evolution boster boxes and only received 1. The package slip said they are 2 boster boxes in the boxe but 1 is missing. I have sent multiple emails with pictures and no one has answered me back. Order #RC1758-912905-3281.
Really just an outstanding experience overall. I was contacted by rare candy and I took the gamble after weeks of researching to build my trust in the brand. I decided to go all in sent over $4000 of sealed Pokemon product. My biggest concern was that maybe the bids will be much lower compared to mainstream platforms but nope. The bidders were ready and true fans of the hobby. I ended up working with multiple people from rare candy which showed their coverage and interest to provide customer service satisfaction. Thank you Conrad and team and rare candy.The payout platform and system is really good too!
Tried to cancel a pre-order, it was my fault I didn't read the guidance, but they should have put a disclaimer before I purchased. My order did not even ship out yet, yet still refusing my refund.I definitely got robbed by this company, found cheaper prices for cards but please read everything, these guys are scalpers 100%
do not support.i was robbedthey charged me double taxes for canada, meaning US taxes then again import charges, thats illegal. Im reporting them to all government agencies.then the tax rate 458 CAD on a 1000 DOLLAR Collectable... I WAS CHARGED HALF, 50 percent TAXES! Not a province in canada that will cahrge you this, THEY OVER REPORTED TAXES, OVER CHARGED US TAX TO A CANADIAN THEN THE SHIPPING ON TOP OF THAT, ANY OTHER PLATFORM IS BETTER THAN THESE GUYSTHIS IS CRIMINAL, these guys did NOTHING, not even a call... OH and their hidden fees
I typically go here for Japanese cards and have bid on auction lots a few times. Never had an issue and shipping is usually pretty quick. I've placed over a dozen orders since 2023 and it's usually the place I check first when buying cards.
As a parent that has purchased fake Pokemon products from places like Walmart and StockX before, I sleep easy knowing that Rare Candy actually takes the time to really make sure their sellers are legitimate, unlike many other marketplaces in the space. While they can't control market prices, mistakes or bad actors/partners, it's clear that they try to do the right thing and have the values for a marketplace that you would want to support with your business. Shop with confidence.
I placed a preorder with Rare Candy totaling 4,876.91 USD on May 9. What followed has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.1. Cancellation Policy Hidden in FAQThey refused to cancel the order even though it hadn’t shipped, citing a 48-hour cancellation window. That policy is NOT in their Terms and Conditions, only buried in a collapsed dropdown in the FAQ — nowhere visible at checkout, nor binding. I only discovered it after reaching out. This is deceptive and misleading.2. Misleading Shipping ClaimsThey claimed the order was shipped on May 27, a day after the product’s release date (May 26), yet the first shipping scan didn’t occur until June 5. That’s a 9-day gap with no proof of earlier handoff — and they admitted they don’t receive receipts for shipments. So we’re just supposed to take their word for it?3. No AccountabilityDespite multiple follow-ups, they failed to provide basic transparency or resolve. Their canned responses showed no interest in addressing their failure to meet their own stated policies. They repeatedly dodged clear questions and refused to issue a refund even though their fulfillment was clearly late and their policy was never properly disclosed.---Bottom line: This company operates with zero transparency, poor logistics, and no respect for customers. I’ve wasted weeks trying to resolve this and will be pursuing a dispute through my payment provider.If you value your time, money, and sanity — do not trust Rare Candy with either.
I pre-ordered some pokemon card from here in January, and pre-paid. It´s now May, and I´ve sendt multiple e-mails and they never answer. I think they´re a scam-site/app.
Website and merchant is unreliable and has poor communication. Purchased a listed item, and had to reach out a week later and was told it was out of stock, however item is still listed as in stock as of this post.
