I have sold four homes using different FSBO listing companies. This most recent sale was the most complicated. I experienced more administrative headaches, email spam, and unnecessary confusion. I won't bore you with all the details. Just a head's up.

Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off…
Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off the charts. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I was apprehensive about the process. But, my fears were unfounded. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded WITHIN the hour or so to my emails. Very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Helped me save OVER $20,000 in agent 's fees.I would certainly recommend them and, use their services AGAIN.Thank you, Realmart!

Realty Mart Does it Again
We have turned to Realty Mart to sell our last two homes. Their process has continued to evolve but their service is still first class. They make it easy for responsible sellers to represent their own properties for sale. Realty Mart functions as a sellers broker and provides the same support as any local realtor. We are thrilled with Realty Mart and look for Jack Yao’s name on other houses on the market.

Had a good experience using realmart
Had a good experience using realmart. I would use this service again. One thing to keep in mind you have to upload all the docs as you go through the process. Contract, changes after attorney review, docs related to any negotiation after home inspection, etc. You will get an email from realmart if you don't so they stay on top of your listing.

Excellent service for selling my property
I used the Flat Fee MLS Listing Plan from the Realmart Realty to sell my property. I have had a wonderful experience during the whole process. It's truly a very efficient, modern digital platform in the real estate industry. Of course, it depends on the market. I have taken the advantage of the current seller's market. Realmart Realty is highly recommended.

I thought Realmart was wonderful. They answered any questions I had and I saved a lot of money in commissions had I listed my house with a realtor. I would highly recommend them.
