My dog started vomiting right after eating one of their bully sticks. I had to take him to urgent care and he was diagnosed with a bacterial infection. I did research and found out that Redbarn has a history of selling bully sticks that are contaminated with bacterias. Do not buy and be safe!
They messed up on the Delivery. They promised to get the food to me quickly so that my dogs would have food to eat and they failed to do that. They try to blame it on UPS. I explained to the woman that if they had done their job properly in the first place, it would not have been delayed so blaming it on UPS is pointless. They do not own up to their mistakes and they do not make things right for their customers. They did give me a measly $11 refund. This was nothing after what I went through all the time I spent on the phone with them and all the time I had to call around to find stores that carried their food. Terrible customer service.
No option for 0 stars. Placed an order from Redbarn, using a discount code for 40% off one bag of food. Always buy multiple bags at once, in part because I need more than one bag to qualify for free shipping. Redbarn website applied the discount to all three bags. So the company sends an email canceling my order. This I can understand. What I cannot accept is the additional UNSIGNED email received, faulting ME for THEIR MISTAKE! “ It has come to our attention that the terms and conditions of the discount offer associated with your purchase were not adhered to.As stated in our promotional offer terms and conditions, the offer is valid for 40% off of a single bag of dog food.”Cannot order even two bags, to meet free shipping quota, without the website inappropriately discounting both…and this is MY fault??Lousy customer service, faulting a customer for your own mistake! Inexcusable!! After three years on Redbarn, will be looking for another dog food brand.
My dogs love redbarn and it keeps them healthy! It is great for using with training as well! Highly recommend.
