As a chiropractor, I've seen the clinical data on 660nm and 850nm wavelengths. I bought this specific brand for my wife to use at home for her tendonitis. The irradiance levels are impressive. It's one of the few consumer-grade panels I feel comfortable recommending to my own patients for supplemental home care.

The panel is great, but it took forever to recieve the panel, then when the panel got delivered, Fedex delivered it to the wrong address, it took another week but the package was never found. The company graciously sent a new panel but I lost patience and a lot of time.
My partner & I had been looking for a red light for a while and we decided to purchase the Compact over the Mini because it was larger and more powerful than most medium size lights from other companies and RLT has the extra 1064 wavelength. The personalised protocol that RLT provided based on our health concerns after we purchased have been really helpful. I have been using the Compact since my partner & I bought it in December. I had tendonitis in the knee after a gymnastics injury, after only a few sessions using the pain & inflammation setting, my range of motion has improved and my ongoing pain has reduced, allowing me to get back to exercising normally. I shall be considering it for any future injuries for sure!The customer service has been excellent throughout & the delivery was very accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending RLT and the Compact device.
I’m a big guy (6’4”, 250 lbs) and I was worried the hanging kit wouldn't hold or the panel wouldn't cover enough area. I went with the full-body setup. It’s solid as a rock. I’ve noticed my sleep is deeper my Oura ring stats actually show an increase in my REM sleep since I started using the light in the late afternoons.

Also, RLT Home offers a generous trial period so it was certainly worth giving it a shot, and I absolutely recommend dealing with them.
