Order was shipped UPS ground from Mexico City - probably lost/stolen in transit
I wouldn't say that this company is exactly a "scam" company, but their shipping is definitely slow. Ordered a Vulcan Pro Tech helmet for our son on the first week of August 2024, so he can wear it when school starts but the item never arrived. We checked the tracking and it was shipped UPS ground, from MEXICO CITY (drop shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse it seems). As I write this review, it is the 2nd time I reached out to customer service. The first time they claimed to have submitted a ticket and have someone from their fulfillment department contact us, but no one ever did. Got the same spiel on the 2nd call, so we're contacting our credit card company to request a charge back.

They will do everything and tell anything to avoid a refund. You need to constantly call them over and over again to see where you refund is if you can even get an authorization. Not professional and poor business practices. Save yourself time and money, shop elsewhere.

DON"T SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
I bought an item from this company and the next day wrote for a return authorization. THEY WON'T LET ME RETURN IT! Unused, I have only had it one day. This is shocking. I have never run into something like this. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known this was a possibility, You can;t know if something is right for you till you see it.

I am very pleased with the customer service that I received from Rehabmart.com. I placed an order with them and I didn't receive all that I ordered and Dallas Hollaway was very helpful and caring I received my correct order in a few days after I spoke to Dallas Hollaway at Rehabmart and everything was correct and my order is now complete. I am a very happy and satisfied customer of Rehabmart.com and because I have experienced the great customer service and they wasted not time in correct my order I feel it is my duty to let people know that Rehabmart.com is a great company to place orders from and they are caring and understanding trustworthy of their customers products and services. I can recommend them based on my experience with just my first order I believe that they have earned it along with my 5 star rating.

Don't buy anything from this company in Watkins, Georgia. Still haven't seen a refund its been a month. I see there is no accountability anymore. That's why I'm going to show up to this company and demand what's mine. Its not your money worthless 8itches

Not excited about getting my new piece…
Not excited about getting my new piece I ordered because of the difficulty ordering over the phone with young and inexperienced workers who refused to answer basic questions about the way in which the piece would be delivered. Makes me worry even more about the installation issues we will encounter. In businesses that cater to the elderly you must be accommodating to this customer base.

Rehabmart was able to deliver and install a bed for my elderly mother who lives several states away. They handled everything, and now my mom can get in and out of the bed on her own! What a relief!

This is the worst company I've ever…
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, their customer's surface is essentially non-existent. I received broken parts and missing parts and they have yet to correspond to a single email that I've sent. This is clearly a scam company I would go with anyone else
