I have been super happy with them so far. The representative I have been working with (Erica) has been extremely helpful. She has taken every crazy idea of I have had and sent to the design team. They have all been super patient and supportive making adjustments so my little girl’s headstone in perfect.
My experience with Remembrance Headstones was excellent. They are very helpful and patient. I was assisted by Zinaida in which we were very comfortable with. She helped us with all our questions and allow us to make any changes to my husband's headstone she always kept me posted on how the progress was going. Kept me posted on when it will be delivered. I highly recommend Remembrance Headstones to all who want to give there love ones the perfect headstone. Erika was a pleasure to work with. She was patient, sympathetic, understanding and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our family was happy with our purchase. When we first started, we weren't completely satisfied with the choice we made in our design choice. She went out of her way to send examples, modify the things we didn't like and really customize it to something we truly love now. She checked in with our concerns, addressed them and was so polite, reassuring, and kind during the entire process. We were lucky to have worked with her and would refer others to do the same!

Erica is wonderful❣️I honestly don’t think that I could have done this by myself. She walked me through every single step and constantly communicated with me. Answered all my questions and gave me options on sizes colors and set up. No one wants to buy headstones it a reminder of the end. But I will be a returning client.
