DO NOT book anything through this company under any circumstances. TERRIBLE customer service. I booked a car through rentalcars.com and went to pick it up to find there was no car available. Europcar said they sent an e-mail to car rentals and they didn't communicate this with myself. I have been trying to get a refund from them for over a week now and have spoken to about 5 different people via e-mail/ over the phone and nothing has been done about this.

I rented car, paid and got to the airport and was told there was no car available or anything similar (Almo was the company).I got them to confirm it in email and i wrote rental cars to ask for a refund.They replied to say they will look into to it on a "no-reply" email address and then nothing

They charge you extra that are not agreed, we have not got our deposite back, and they now claim that it is because of diesel, damages, tax, childs smart which we already paid for included in the rental price. The terms and conditions are not respected. You can't get in touch with their customer service.

I had booked a car through Rentalscars.com at DOLLAR Agency in Logan Airport. I took the car at Logan airport and dropped off at Buffalo.Agreed Price was $170, DOLLAR charged my Visa Card $639!Without my agreement, without any explanation.You can't reach themon the Phone, or by Email.RentalCars explain they can't do anything for me as I paid directly DOLLAR, but the Deal at $170 was offered by Rentalscars.Don't use RentalsCars to book a car if the payment has to be done directly at the Car Rental Company. They can charge you whatever they want without your Agreement. And RentalsCar will not help you as the payment is not done through them, even if they had offered you the deal!

Never trust this company.My bank had to open a dispute to VISA and I wait 4 months before to get my money back.They are the biggest worldwide scammer company, be aware lot of peoples got stolen from this bad guys!Today, they also sent my a bill for the Cancellation fee: 346.38€ to cancel my personal details... incredible!We should group the community and report them at the court!

Worst experience ever - Sicily July 2019. Do not book with Rentalcars.com, do not believe Rentalcars.com staff, do not trust Rentalcars.com partners.Update: After 1,5 months of correspondence I got what I was promised by Rentalcars.com. The staff member I was in contact with finished by fulfilling the agreement. But bad experience from partners was never reviewed.

Will never use this company again
Will never use this company again. I advise never to use this company. Had to make an amendment on the booking so the full amount was taken from my account again. Then cancelled bookings but only received payment back for first booking. Keep calling them to get my money back from amended booking. Been nearly a month now and no luck. I don't think I will ever see this money again. I feel like they have stolen the money from my bank account.

Booked a car from rentals cars. Paid £50 at the time of booking, later tried to amend the pick up time but asked me to choose another car different from the one i booked. At the time of booking i thought that amend means you can change details on the booking, but you can't without changing the car. Or extra charge. Called them to cancel the booking , of course way to easy. My deposit will be held by them. Free cancellation means free of charge. Is not free.Asked the customer service guy to tell me where on the policy its saying about charging the deposit... nowhere. Not in the terms and conditions. Don t book with them. There are not serious!

Gross deception and false advertising
Gross deception and false advertising. Communications say you are paying for a "daily rental", but this is not what you are paying for. You pay for marketing (the real daily rental, is another cost which you will pay later, and often at a different fee to the one rentalcars mentioned. They do no actually offer any part or whole of a vehicle rental. They do not provide ANY service- just clever thieves- and there is no added value in anything they offer, and absolutely not for a value of EUR72. Has put me off booking.com and the entire list of companies belonging to Priceline or Whatever they are called. Don't bother- go straight to the car rental company of your choice.
