Our phone app quit working and we have…

Our phone app quit working and we have no way of controlling our bed. Basically we are stuck with an very fancy over priced air mattress. The company phone numbers are no long in service and they do not respond to emails.Apparently they are not in business anymore and from what I have read they are blaming COVID 19. I am curious if an attorney could file a breach of contract suit for their warranty guarantee?The owners must be held liable.

Scam! ReST stole $4,528 from us!

After waiting for over a year for our mattress (and paying over $4,000), we canceled our order and were told we would receive a full refund. That was in October of last year (over three months ago!). ReST has stopped responding to my emails and I am unable to speak to a human (their phone number is a recording telling you to send them an email).Stay as far away from this company as you can!

I paid a total of $4898 for a mattress…

I paid a total of $4898 for a mattress and a bedjet back on January 13th of 2022. It is now December 6th of 2022 and I have not received any of my products. I have tried calling and emailing for a refund for months now with no response. Do not waste your money this company is a scam.

Do not waste your time or money!!!

I have ordered from them twice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! The first time I waited over 6 months and there was no definitive time frame when I would get it. It was early to middle of COVID, so I thought I would try them again at the beginning of 2022. Boy was that a mistake. I kept thinking that eventually they would ship it. I waited almost 8 months and still no time frame on when I would get it. This was after 3 months earlier being told that I was 12th in the queue. One of their staff told me it would take 10-12 weeks. Another one of their staff told me that they were making roughly a bed a day. At that rate they should have made 175+ beds.This probably would not have been such a big issue if they would not charge you as soon as you order. When you pay $5k for something and do not get it for over 8 months that is kind of an issue. I pointed out to them that even car companies only charge you a small portion of a car when they know there are going to be long delays. On top of that they expect you not to contact them and they definitely will not contact you.I will have to agree with another review. At this point I think they are just saying they are making beds to get money from people. I asked them one time if it takes this long to get a bed. How does a customer except them to be on the 10 year full warranty they offer? Also, if they cannot make beds, are they going to stay in business? They did not seem to care about either of the questions and just offered to cancel my order.

Poor customer service

I experienced 2 issues with Rest:1. The website doesn't tell you before you buy, but as soon as you place the order you find out there is a significant backorder. After I paid I found there was an 8-12 week wait time for the bed. Then I heard no updates from the company for 12 weeks, and finally when I emailed them, they would not give me an updated delivery estimate.2. Very poor customer service trying to resolve the issue above. Their customer service emails were short, rude, and unhelpful. They don't seem to care that you dropped thousands of dollars on a bed.3. No attempt to make things better. I asked for a small discount to compensate for the troubles listed above and they offered an amount in the tens of dollars, for a purchase in the thousands of dollars. Tells you how much customer experience means to them.Also you should note - don't rely on the reviews you see on the Rest website. I left a negative review on their site and it never got displayed, they only display the 4 and 5 star reviews.

This company does not sell beds

This company does not sell beds. They have a website that says the sell beds, they will take your order and your money and immediately email you that there are shipping delays with no known date and offer for you to cancel. After 2 months of waiting, I was told I was 12th in line for a king bed. Three months later I was 3rd in line and then was told they do not know when they will ship the bed. If you call they won't answer. If you email they will eventually respond that they do not have any update for you and you can cancel if you want. It is unclear what they are doing other than pretending to sell beds. Maybe the company is an elaborate ruse to study how long people will wait for an overpriced bed? Who knows? Don't waste your time.
