Or if there is not a program, it is a perfect place to start and keep growing the plan qualities to peak functionality for any organization. 1. Completely customizable at no additional cost - who doesn't love that?! 2. Thorough databases to work from to build reviews/goals or use your own 3. Large number of tools with tons of options to use in the management of the system 4. Brings employee engagement to the process like no other that I have seen 5. EMPLOYEES and EMPLOYERS interrelate in the process throughout the year keeping on task and goals making the whole process less intimidating and cumbersome 6. ALL so easy to use - Just plain user friendly for anyone 7. Support from the knowledgeable and very friendly staff hits a home run every time an inquiry or call for help is made - Whether it is an employee or employer.

Well Thought-Out Product
I have used several performance evaluation products over the years. I find this one to be among the top performers. Reviewsnap is well thought-out, easy for my managers to use and easy for me to customize for each of my managers. My account manager is very responsive and almost always has the answer that I want to hear when I ask questions. BY FAR the best value out there for everything that you receive in this product.

Reviewsnap - Easy to use, affordable, and customer service oriented.
Reviewsnap is a really simple system to use and very affordable. Other systems we have used have had much less functionality for a bigger price. Candace, our account manager couldn't be more helpful. She is there for us whenever we need her, answersing questions or providing very helpful system tips and instructions. Overall, I would highly recommend Reviewsnap to anyone.

Great, flexible and easy-to-use Performance Review Solution
We've been a ReviewSnap customer for six months now and have found the solution to be extremely valuable in our performance review process. Prior to using ReviewSnap, we used a paper based process which was time consuming and inefficient. With ReviewSnap, we've been able to automate a lot of our Review creation process and better communicate among both reviewers and employees. We've now used the solution for two cycles - mid year and year end - and it's been a fantastic solution. In addition, our account management has been wonderful to work with. She's been available essentially 24/7 to get us up and running and answer any questions we might have. Overall, I'm thrilled with the solution and we look forward to taking advantage of even more of its functionality in 2016.

The Best!
I've used two other performance management systems - one for 5 years and another for 10 years - for companies with 30-100+ employees. Both systems were considerably more expensive than Reviewsnap. Reviewsnap out-performed the others in all areas: - Value - Features - Flexibility - Ease of use - Customer support I cannot say enough good things about the system and my partner at Reviewsnap.

I've used Reviewsnap at 2 different companies. The system is pretty intuitive and relatively easy to use. The team keeps up with the market and offer improvements to the tool. Keep 'em coming! Love the new dashboard. Staff is pretty awesome!

Reviewsnap is a great user friendly, web based, performance review software with great customer service.
Since switching to Reviewsnap less than a year ago, we have been pleased with Reviewsnap. The software is web based, user friendly and gets the job done. We like that we have a dedicated account manager who answers our questions and helped us get the software implemented. Reviewsnap is also customize-able and they are very receptive to our feedback.

Great system and great customer service
We have been using Review Snap for over a year now. We have had a positive experience with the system as well as their customer service. Our account manager, Candace Beebe, is very responsive to emails/questions and is a pleasure to work with. There is a learning curve to understanding how it all works, but there are many manuals available online to assist employees/management through the review process.

Great Product
This product takes the ease and pain out of annual performance reviews. Our agency has eliminated all paper with regard to the annual performance review process. The support staff is great and implementation was a breeze.

Very Solid Peformance Management Tool
This software is simple, user-friendly and very intuitive, which I, as an HR leader, appreciate for my employees. Since they are not using the program on a daily basis, they need to have some comfort when it comes to review or goal-setting time. We manage reviews, self-assessments and our 360 feedback process all in this product. They all work great. I especially appreciate the ability to split screen and have two reviews on the screen at the same time to compare. I love the kudos feature which has really become an integral part of our employee recognition program. It is also simple to use, copies the manager and retains the entry in the program so it is readily accessible during review time. The ability to attach documents such as letters from clients and record journal entries is also helpful in this regard. When I have questions or issues, they are promptly addressed. A benefit of working with a smaller company is that early technical issues were quickly resolved by then ReviewSnap developers, resulting in minimal, if any, downtime. The affordability of this product also makes it ideal for an organization of our size (about 65 employees.) My only complaint, having used this product into four annual review cycles, is that they have not included a smart spell check that saves words to a custom dictionary. This is extremely frustrating especially in an acronym-rich environment. I very much recommend ReviewSnap and look forward to further enhancements, such as an organizational chart function.

Simple to set up and easy to use.
ReviewSnap has been an excellent tool for our review process. We were looking for a new way to document performance as well as mentor/coach our associates. ReviewSnap was easy to set up and provides an efficient and simple process to document, on a quarterly basis, our coaching/mentoring sessions and it is cost effective. Support services are excellent.
