Tshirt arrived and looks great
I bought the Motorhead limited edition Overkill tshirt, and after parting ways with my money, came to this site and read the numerous negative reviews. To say I was worried, is an understatement. After about 2 weeks of no action, I thought, yep, I've been scammed, then all of a sudden, I received an email, the tshirt was being posted and has now arrived. It looks great! I'm very pleased.

The worst place to buy vinyl records from!
This is the most terrible company to buy vinyls from. Their preorders were delayed for more than 1 year and the quality of the records was awful. Would never buy again from them!

Terrible Transparency
I pre-ordered the Poppy & Bad Omens V.A.N. Vinyl back in May. The page noted its expected release date as June. May and June went by, and in August, they adjusted the site to list the expected release date as September without any notification. September flew by, and they once again adjusted it to October. At this point, I reached out to their support team via email. They sent back an image which showed:"Our buyer just heard back from the vendor that we are experiencing manufacturing delays with our exclusive for the following products [...] These will now ship in October 2024 (End of the month)"Yesterday, they once again adjusted the release date to November without any kind of warning. I understand manufacturing issues happen, but I find the lack of communication is completely unprofessional and inexcusable. At this point, I doubt I will ever get this Vinyl, and I simply hope to get my money back.

The worst e-comm company ever
The worst ecomm company ever. No news or updates on the orders 6 months after the 100$+ order has been placed. Then at one point they say the items have arrived and to expect shipping information "soon" and then months after that again nothing. When I asked what happened with the shipping, they said they didn't have enough for all orders. Brutal.

Over a year of waiting...
Over a year and a half passed the preorder date and still waiting for my record the ship. I have to constantly chase support for an update. They don't email you to let you to let you know the product is delayed... you know, giving good customer service. How can a product feasibly be delayed this long? Hundreds of other people complaining about the same issues. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these con artists.

Ordered three vinyls from revolver, one was a pre-order. I was not made aware that the two in stock vinyls would not be sent out for 8 months until the preorder was available. I brought this to the attention of revolver who were of absolute no help. They told me to cancel the order and order them separately but they were all out of stock on the website. To which they stopped replying to my emails, I took to instagram where I received a very unprofessional response and then again was ignored. This order cost me over £200 and the two in stock vinyls were Christmas presents which never got given. The vinyls arrived 8 months after the order. Yes, they do sell quality products that aren’t available anywhere else, which is the only reason I decided to order from them. Yet again, if you have a problem it will not be resolved by them as their customer service is terrible, at the chance you get a response it will take weeks and there is no contact number available for them, in this case it is very risky and I was not surprised in the slightest to see that they have a 1 star rating on trustpilot as it seems they do not care about their other customers either.

1 1/2 Years and no product.
Ordered 2 of their Icon releases. One on 10/22/22, the other on 11/28/22. Haven't received either. In fact the one on 11/28, (Puscifer "V"), hasn't even been pressed yet. The other, they say, "is ready for shipping" but keeps getting pushed back due to "supply chain issues." Funny, no other label company or artist seems to be having such difficulties, especially for close to a year and a half.Have tried contacting customer support for refund and no response.My advice is to avoid at all costs. If you really want an "exclusive" release check out the many other places that also have them. Revolver is just not honest or trustworthy.

My pre-order was cancelled simply because I asked for the delivery date after which the album had already been released. In addition, I was not refunded the full amount. The shipping costs and taxes were simply withheld. I have not received a reply to my emails. Terrible service.

DO NOT ORDER VINYL FROM REVOLVER MAGAZINE! I preordered an album over a year ago and still have not received any update on when I will receive it. At this point I consider this theft of my money. They claim issues with production and yet this is the ONLY company I've ordered vinyl from that can't manage to fill their orders. The only way to contact them is through email and they never respond. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had!

Got a tracking link november 7th, but nope.
Got a tracking link november 7th, and no updates until today when the tracking was just gone. Revolver still wont answer any emails or questions.Has to be the worst customer service i have ever contacted. Answered me once with something not related to my problem at all, after sending them a new email frequently they still dont answer.There are multiple people from the same community with the exact same issue on the same vinyl. Is this just a fake shipping confirmation? Beginning to think this a scam site.

Don't use Revolver unless you want to wait a year and possible never get your purchase. Customer service is absolutely horrendous, any response is an absolute lie and just an automatic message

Revolver is absolute trash. I ordered a limited edition in October 2022. It was delayed nine months, then they shipped it to Mexico. After contacting them, the promised a refund that never came and tried to blame for sending to Mexico. Never, ever order from them. They are con men.

Recently received a pre-order of limited edition vinyls from my favorite band. I was pleased with the communication around the order and it shipped and arrived faster than I expected, with no issues. I'm grateful. Also, I just like their articles and am glad someone is covering the important music news.

Autographed poster arrived creased
I received an autographed poster today through revolver and it arrived with a huge crease down the center of the poster. The material they used to ship it in were horrible considered how fragile it is. So for the $15 shipping fee I was charged, they should’ve done a better job. Oh and it also took roughly 40 days to arrive after purchase.

Bought a vinyl limited edition record…
Bought a vinyl limited edition record of Volbeat and had it delivered to NL. After a huge delay of several months the record arrived but was damaged. After sending several emails within 2 months... ZERO replies. I gave it another shot today, but probably I should know better! This company is one big joke!!!

I Will Never Buy Another Vinyl Record off of Revolver Again
I pre-ordered Ghost's Prequelle album in a tangerine variant (advertised as a 2LP) back in May 2023 and although I understood that there was a risk of delivery being delayed due to the manufacturing of the product itself, I didn't mind waiting. Cut forward to August 2023, I re-placed the order for the vinyl record. It released a few weeks earlier and yet my order didn't ship so I merely thought that it was a mistake on my part. So I cancelled my order and re-did the whole process of re-buying the record. About a month or so later, it was finally delivered to my house. However, when I opened the package, I noticed that there was only 1 record inside as opposed to 2, something that was once again advertised in both my order, the website and my packing slip. Thus, I immediately contacted Revolver Customer Service and explained the whole problem.I merely wanted a refund, or rather half of my money back (seeing as I only got 1 record instead of 2) and I really didn't want to wait another month to receive a new copy. Customer Service was helpful at first. They sent me an email, asking for pictures of my record so that they might be able to contact their manufacturers, but after I did so, they never sent me an email back regarding further instruction. It's been 4 weeks since I've sent that first email and I've been sending emails each Monday since then. I've had no answer back and at this point, I won't be surprised if I never get one. If you are truly incompetent at doing your job in customer service, how are you still hired? Though understand that working in said line of work is extremely challenging (it's something that I've learnt first hand), its absolutely ridiculous to make a customer wait 3 MONTHS for a 2LP vinyl record and then avoid answering their emails, addressing the shortcomings of the company. Make it make sense!With all that being said, I will never buy another vinyl record off of the Revolver Magazine Shop ever again.

Avoid at all costs
preordered a Vinyl bundle, took a month over the estimated shipping, arrived damaged, contacted support who I had not had good experience with in the past, got a response within hours saying “ good news you bought protection with this order, just file a claim “, I tried to do so but the protection system does not work in the slightest, reached back out for help but they have not responded since the 22nd of September, it is now the 4th of October, I am beyond frustrated. I can’t even file a claim with my payment method since the claim time has expired due to waiting for a response. Absolutely disgusting company.

Ordered a record in October of 2022. As of yet all I have received is about a dozen emails each with a new estimated ship date. They will not give refunds and seemingly do not care to actually shop what we all paid for. Do not spend your money here.

Paper slipcase
Ordered their Summer 2023 issue of the magazine with Ghost on the cover for $10. I ordered the issue with a custom numbered slipcase by a so called special artist. The slip case was an extra $30. What a joke a thick piece of heavy paper with gold graphics and a #202 of 250 stamped on the back. For a total of $40? I should have just ordered the magazine. Slipcase was a huge disappointment.
