revv worst service

worst service i have get revv team cancelled my booking before 30min of my pickup with a meaningless reason that some issue are there at verification so that revv team are cancelling my booking and providing full refund think they are providing the huge reward what is the use of this refund revv completely destroyed my plan, if you cannot delivery the vehicle then why they guys are listed it even i am ready to cooperate that if any issue is there then i am ready to wait just shift the time when your issue get resolve revv dont provide refund in the last couple of hrs if customer cancel it , then same revv also have to pay penalty to the customers Dont book any vehicle with revv

Absolutely unacceptable workmanship

Absolutely unacceptable workmanship. I went in for a simple ambient lighting installation and left with a car full of problems that were not there before.Immediately after collecting the car, the interior touch controls stopped working. I had to return so they could fix their own mistake. Once I arrived home, I discovered the heated passenger seat was no longer functioning — yet another issue caused during their work.The most serious problem occurred during the drive from Luton to Bristol, when an AdBlue countdown warning appeared. Mercedes later confirmed that a fuse related to the AdBlue system had been removed and not refitted during the installation. Driving the vehicle in this condition caused damage to the engine system.Although Mercedes helped resolve the issue, I was left with a large repair bill — a cost that would never have existed if this garage had carried out their work properly and performed basic checks before returning the car.This level of carelessness is unacceptable. A cosmetic upgrade resulted in multiple system failures, major stress, wasted time, and significant financial loss. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this business with their vehicle.

A big NO

I would have given 0 star if option available. Worst ever service. They will inform you at the last moment that car is not available there is some technical issue, engine not working. Then they will keep bluffing and no action. Then u will say ok cancel because you want your money back. Then they will say you proceed with the cancellation

Beware it’s a dangerous company

Best part is they ask for feedback after the end of the trip and you will not be allowed to rate anything less than 4 star, the system itself is designed in that manner , so the company knows about their shitty service and drunk executives and rowdy behaviour especially when you have a family with you. So stay away from these guys.

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company . First of all their customer care is not 24x7 and they still do not clearly disclose it . The IVR takes you to a point while it just keeps repeating “all our customer executives are busy “ . It’s been more than 48 hours since they took the car away in the middle of subscription stating that the car needs service. My plans have gone haywire as the car is not in sight anywhere after 48 hours and no one is responding.

Very poor service and never recommending this

Very poor service. Website is misleading. Tried booking car online via website and car was showing as available. When I called the contact centre they advised car is not available and it was booked with rental. Poor experience as now my travel plan is in limbo. Can’t trust the service. Not recommending this website.

Most horrible experience ever in more then a decade of self drive use. Booked a Scorpio N AT 2024 which was changed to a Maruti Brezza then changed to a Manual Innova Crysta on complaining was offered a Maruti Suzuki Baleno as replacement ;)) then after a explicit argument the same was changed back to a Brezza AT and finally landed up with a 1.6 lacs + KM done beat up Ciaz. NEVER IN MY LIFETIME WILL USE REVV EVER AGAIN. GUYS DONT EVER BOOK WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE CHEATS, UNPROFFESIONAL AND HAVE NO CLUE OF A CUSTOMERS SUFFERING. ON THE BOOKED DATE AND TIME WAS STRANDED ON THE STREET WITH FAMILY AND LUGGAGE WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO CONTINUE WITH THE EXTREMELY BEAT UP CIAZ. BALD TYRES, RICKETY SUSPENSION, COMPLETLY DENTED ALL OVER AND NO ALIGNMENT ALTOGETHER. TOTALLY UNSAFE CAR. I HAD TO RENT ANOTHER CHAUFFER DRIVEN RENTAL TO COMPLETE MY TRAVEL PLANS AND LEFT THE REVV CAR UNUSED. PAID ALMOST 3 TIMES THE AMMOUNT FOR TRAVEL.

I was delivered unsafe car yesterday which doesn’t have rear belt. It’s appalling that they delivered this car knowingly. Now their support is not even taking any action to fix it since I reported the issue.

Very bad experience with the quality of vehicle delivered. Hyundai Santro AMT was booked for a 6 month subscription, faulty and overpriced vehicle delivered, AMT motion sensor not working, battery weak and shock absorber damaged, in spite of multiple escalations and requests for a proper replacement vehicle, faulty vehicles delivered . REVV has scant regard for customer expectation and safety.

For anyone considering subscribing to Revv: exercise extreme caution. My experience is not just about poor service—it reveals a pattern of questionable business practices, from misrepresentation in marketing and non-disclosure of key terms, to faulty deductions, faulty invoicing and outright refusal to provide documentation that supports their billing choices.I've already escalated my grievance to the consumer forum and, in light of my experience and evidence, decided to initiate a class action suit against Revv for consumer rights violations. If you have faced similar issues—incorrect invoices, unjustified deductions, safety risks, or deceptive. I have initiated a legal action against such fraud practices.

Nothing but scam

I would give a half star if it was possible.I have rented out a car for a month .The car has had all sort of issues including the battery draining within two days.it stopped in the middle of the road.when I called the costomer support they recommend to visit near by Hyundai showroom.Basically the technical team knows nothing.if you do not want to waste your money please stay away from this company

Revv car experience, be warned!!!

We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Revv Cars. We had booked a Swift Dzire 2023 model well in advance for an early morning departure, but shockingly, the vehicle was only delivered in the *afternoon* on the very same day, completely derailing our travel plans. This delay not only caused a major inconvenience but also forced us to reschedule our itinerary at the last minute.When the car finally arrived, it was in a shockingly poor condition, nowhere near what one would expect from a 2023 model. It looked like it had been through years of abuse. The exterior was riddled with scratches, dings, and poorly done paint touch-ups that gave it a dull, matte finish instead of a proper glossy shine. It was evident that zero effort had been made to present a clean or well-maintained vehicle.The moment we started the engine, we were alarmed. The engine produced a strange rattling noise, and the silencer made loud, obnoxious sounds almost like a sports car, completely out of place for a Dzire. There were frequent engine misfires that made us question whether the vehicle was even roadworthy.To make matters worse, the car did not have an HSRP (High-Security Registration Plate), and upon being stopped by traffic authorities at the state border, we were slapped with fines for both the missing number plate and lack of proper insurance documents. When we contacted Revv about this, but no one bothers to answer the call as it was after 6PM, even some mobile numbers which we had of the people who were calling us repeatedly earlier for payments and documents refused to answer the call. And when one guy finally answered after multiple calls, he said he would provide contact details of the concerned person but then did not share the details and also stopped responding to calls, at 12 mid night he sends the contact persons details which is after 6 hours. Weee they expecting me to wait in the state border check post for 6 hours? I took this screenshot and mailed all the details to Revv after returning from the trip but they flat-out *refused* to reimburse the penalties, even though it was clearly their fault for providing a non-compliant vehicle.Inside, the car was equally neglected. Apart from the dents and scratches all around, the interior was damaged, including a noticeable *hole* on the steering wheel where a control button should have been. It was clear the car had been mishandled and not maintained to any basic standard.Upon returning the vehicle, things only got worse. Revv accused *us* of causing the pre-existing chips and dents, and slapped us with an *inflated bill* for damages we did not cause. Thankfully, we had made a detailed video during the delivery process, with the delivery driver present and acknowledging the car’s poor condition, a move that ultimately protected us.Despite having solid proof, we were met with harassment, including threatening emails and long accusatory messages. When I stood my ground and provided the video evidence, they finally backed off. But even after all of this, they *never returned our security deposit*. No explanation, no justification, just silence.This entire ordeal was a nightmare. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before booking a vehicle with Revv. Their customer service is unresponsive, their vehicles are poorly maintained, and they make no effort to resolve issues even when they are clearly at fault.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE:1) Car dirty both on the inside and outside 2) multiple damages to the body3) sagging seats 4) Wheel balancing was not done / risky to drive on the highway 5) Barely enough diesel to get the the gas station6) Not enough air in the tyres7) After complaining, the customer care person asks me to take the vehicle to the nearest garage and get it cleaned and to get the wheel allignment done...they will reimburse...

worst company and i would go extra mile and say they are scammesters took away deposit , gave wrong cars than committed , incompetent staff to reslove issues. cars conditions also not worth it top of it one of the car has red ants and insects in spite of hundreds of request they have never bother to change the car. Scammers are now refusing to give our deposit as well.
