This process ultimately worked for us, but I recognize it may not work for everyone. Amazon is a massive organization, and smaller sellers often struggle to be heard. We are a nonprofit that had been selling on Amazon for more than ten years before our account was suspended due to a copyright infringement claim. The infringement did not occur, but because the publisher selected that option in Amazon’s reporting dropdown, we were incorrectly flagged.Despite following every instruction Amazon provided—including contacting the rights holder through the email Amazon listed, which led us to a law firm—we could not get Amazon to acknowledge the documentation confirming that we had resolved the issue. Even though Amazon directed us to obtain that information, they refused to consider it once we submitted it. At that point, we were close to giving up.We found Riverbend through a Google search. I understand that experiences vary and that their services are not inexpensive, but we decided to move forward. Riverbend took the time to understand our situation and guided us through a structured communication strategy with Amazon. The process was not quick; it took several months of consistent effort. But eventually, it worked.Every case with Amazon is different, and not everyone will achieve the same outcome. However, if Amazon represents a significant portion of your organization’s revenue, the investment of time and resources may be worthwhile.

4.5 stars: They got my account reactivated. They restructured my appeal into a file format that Amazon wants, and then escalated the case via email to internal team members. My problem was that my supplier's invoice was old-fashioned (manually created), and the Amazon front-line review was glitching over the invoice, saying its unacceptable, and i could not push the needle forward. $2.5K for 2 email addresses, but hey, its worth it if it got me back in business. Only critique landing the 4.5 instead of 5 stars was that I would have liked my case to be handled faster. every step in the process took about a week. Otherwise, they did deliver and get me my account back, so I am a happy customer.

I paid $2,800 to Riverbend for Amazon reinstatement services and was very disappointed with the quality and value of the service provided.After payment, I found that I was expected to supply most of the key information myself, including documentation, explanations, and evidence that a professional service should already know how to obtain or guide. The work product consisted mainly of generic draft letters, and I was asked to review, approve, and suggest changes rather than being provided with a finalized, expert-driven solution.Response times were slow for a time-sensitive situation, and communication from the salesperson stopped immediately after payment was processed. Overall, the service felt incomplete and speculative rather than authoritative and results-oriented.Given the price, I expected clear expertise, proactive guidance, and a finished deliverable. Unfortunately, the service did not meet those expectations, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

I hired Riverbend Consulting because my Amazon seller account issue was urgent and I was desperate for a solution. Unfortunately, after paying and following the process, I did not get results. The communication and effort did not match the expectations set by their reputation and the volume of 5 star reviews I see online.I rarely leave 1 star reviews and I am not writing this out of anger. I am writing it to advise other merchants: if you are considering paying a significant amount because you feel stuck with Amazon, be extremely careful. In my case, it turned into wasted money, time, and energy, with no resolution. Even the person who recommended them to me had a similar outcome.I understand that Amazon is difficult and no consultant can guarantee reinstatement. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Riverbend to other sellers.
