The representatives at River Valley Loans are always very helpful and courteous. They are patient in answering any questions and explaining anything you might not understand. That helped the loan process go very smoothly and I really appreciated that.

This company is highway robbery I am not going to pay 10 12 months of an outrageous monthly interest rate. They removed a payment before it was even time for me to make the first payment which caused me to have an overdraft fee. These five star reviews that they're getting are fake absolutely who gives five stars to any business it's usually 7 and 1/2 I don't know that it even goes higher than that. This company is under many many lawsuits that are in progress it is against the law what they are doing. They know it is there's nothing they can do if you do not pay them close your account get a new card number you do not have to pay these people they are a tribal loan company. They don't care about these one star reviews. They don't care that it can break you that you could lose everything they don't care they're getting their money if everybody will close their account it is against the law of what they're doing they cannot force you to pay open up a new account and kiss them goodbye erase them from your mind your vulnerability and don't kick yourself for applying for a loan don't beat yourself up they don't care. Like I said what they are doing is against the law and these attorneys are going after them and they're trying to shut them down. It says nothing in the application that you sign that your interest rate is going to be ungodly I know it didn't in mind they are falsifying information and they are going to take them down they are tribal loan companies get on the internet and review these tribal loan companies and what's going on to put them out of business have a great day don't beat yourself up because they are coming after them then maybe we can sleep better at night knowing that they won't get away with this much longer I've already notified an attorney and I'm not paying them the ungodly interest I never signed off on it and I'm not paying it they do lie lesson learned stay away from tribal loans

The customer service representative are very helpful to your situations and don't judge you. They do everything within the scope of their job to assist you with what ever issues you may be having. I applaud them!!!

River Valley has become a financial friend to me in times of financial emergencies. Customer Service team are respectful and professional, I'm not happy with the interest rate 😞 however River Valley has been helpful in times of financial hardship.

WARNING BE SURE TO REVIEW THE APR. I have the funds to cover the loan amount of $700, I was just trying to build credit. My credit score is also 730, I also put a 30k car down as collateral. They had in small writing at the very bottom that the APR is 673%, totaling to around 4k for a 700 dollar loan.
The process was quick and easy. I was approved in minutes. I was able to take care of my emergency. What a relief
