Order was shipped after it was cancelled
I placed an order, and I was notified by the sales person, Josh Struck, that the order was going to be late. So, since I was not going to get it on time, I cancelled it before it was shipped, with plenty of time by an email to Josh. My email was not acknowledged byJosh Struck and instead the order was shipped. I called Rocket again to tell them to stop delivery, since the order had been cancelled. I talked with a person who told me that since the order had yet not been delivered, they could stop deliver, and that she would call me back to confirm. Nobody called me back and the shipment was delivered in spite of my cancellation. Needless to say, I will nor order again from Rocket Industrial.

I appreciate that you overnighted my order; however you forgot to ship it in the first place. I received a confirmation email on the day I ordered the item saying the date that it would ship. But when I called 10 days later to track the package, It had not gone out. Good reaction to the complaint, but do better in shipping.

5 mil vacuum chamber bags
5 mil vacuum chamber fish bags aren't easy to find nor at a decent price. Most suppliers don't even carry past 3 or 4 mil bags. Airline baggage handlers always manage to pierce my Salmon and Halibut 4 mil vac. bags,causing freezer burn, during my trip home from the annual fishing trip. Even using bone guards. My web search for 5 mil bags led me to Rocket Industrial! First off, I got humans on the phone! And I was transferred to Josh, he's The Guy! I had my order filled in minutes and shipping out the next day. They arrived quickly in good condition. Rocket Industrial has a happy customer in me.

It took 8 days to hit the mail
UPDATE: Rocket Industrial has been extremely communicative and apologetic about this problem. I believe conversations have been had on their side to address and prevent future issues! I am updating from 3 to 5 stars for their response to my review.It took 8 days from the time I placed my order for the package to even be put into the mail. If there was an issue with the product actually being in stock I was never notified. I even reached out by email when it had been a week without hearing anything. It was just very frustrating.

Stretch wrap
I have been looking around for handheld stretch wrap for awhile. Didn't want it to be heavy or in long lengths which make it hard to wrap the upper portion of a pallet before it comes out of a container.. Rocket had the right length and gauge to make it light and easy for my guys. The price was awesome as well.
