Outstanding customer services
Outstanding customer services. Kind, patient and attentive. Was in and out jin a timely manner. Lovely friendly team. Great choice and value frames. Much better prices than other opticians and no pressure to buy. Thoroughly recommend them.

The worst Opticians,home or abroad
I wanted new lenses put into my frames. But after 4 weeks and 4 visits, they couldn't get the lenses right. So I've taken my frames and money back.Definitely not recommend

Amazing service from Rose Opticians
Amazing service from Rose Opticians, Harlow! My mum was referred by her GP as they offer an emergency eye care service under the NHS. Staff were so polite at first point of contact to the end of the visit! They were able to treat and showed duty of care for customer. Thank you Rose Opticians.

Amazing eye test and kindness shown by friendly and courteous staff. Simran the optometrist went above and beyond usual testing looking for the cause for continual headaches. I came away confident by the expertise shown by the staff.

Outstanding Customer Service and Knoweldge
The customer service, knowledge, professionalism and kindness here is superb. I was directed here by my GP and luckily for me I was able to get an appointment the same day, thanks to Opkar who is the practice manager. My optician Moj Hamrazian did a thorough examination and gave me the required treatment. Both Opkar and Moj put mind my mind at so much ease knowing that I was being given the appropriate care. Thank you both so much!

I found Rose Opticians in Hackney to be superb. I suddenly experienced symptoms which might have been quite serious. Simon talked me through it on the phone, and he was able to see me the same day, which I really appreciated. I found everyone here very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, and far more enjoyable than the big chain opticians...

Rubbish Treatment from a Lady Optician…
Rubbish Treatment from a Lady Optician at 2nd visit.I Visited 2 months ago and Made my spectacles from ROSE OPTICIAN GANTS HILL Branch. It was nearly £400.Simon Treated me Very well in first visit. He understood my issue and Try to sort it out.After receiving my Glasses I found a scratch on it and number was uncomfortable even after using 2 months.I went back to discuss yesterday.But The way lady treated me Was Regardless it seems like she is working at butcher shop.She was forced to prove that Simon Gave me wrong Number before and she wanted me to spend money again for another glasses. Even I have 3 months Time that they will change my Number if i am not satisfied.I left saying please book my appointment with Simon again that i ask him if she is giving me right number so why he gave me wrong one.As she heard she became annoyed and her behave was so stupid that i wasted her half an hour even she didn’t listen why i was there.I would not Recommend Any Chain Optician Either Rose Or Any other one who has Branches.Visit To any Optician who are singleThey dont have any Branch. Thats what a Doctor had recommended me and now i realised it.

Comprehensive and professional service
The attention to detail when my husband was collecting glasses was something I hadn't seen before from other opticians. As well as checking the lenses he had the frames adjusted to ensure that they were well-fitting and comfortable.

I visited Rose Opticians today
I visited Rose Opticians today as I needed an eye test as suggested by my doctor. I was asked to supply a phone number which didn't work due to the incompetence of the staff. Then asked to fill in their form despite I had difficulty seeing it as I was told if I didn't fill in I wouldn't be seen. I left frustrated and appalled about this optician service. Not to be trusted.

Had a aweful service ! Stay away from this crook! Simon is a con artists contanctly lied and was so pushy like a sales man! Rubbish customer service ! I just found out he got struck off and suspended twice too!

Fabulous service in Hackney
Fabulous service in Hackney. Kind helpful staff. Able to fix my prescription sunglasses during lockdown and order me new regular glasses. Professional and quick service and safely received and dealt with during these strange times. Would highly recommend.

Shift Lenses - so you don’t need to wear glasses
Shift LensesI’m 54 and was finding it annoying especially wearing glasses on the farm in the winter with the rain etc. luckily a friend told me about shift lenses and within a fortnight I can read the phone book again the paper etc without glasses. You wear the lenses while you sleep and take them out during the day. I am under Jagrut and Ran and it’s the best money spent. My husband is going to get them as I was the guinea pig for him 😀
