@Rosewood MiyakojimaA small problem dragged on, and the front desk staff's response was indifferent. They simply wouldn't care unless I paid extra. Wasting time on such a trivial matter was incredibly disappointing; I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if it weren't for so many online reviews! I went to this hotel during Christmas Eve. The management and staff team really need improvement; they were completely unhelpful with their fake smiles, making me feel like a racist.

Our second stay
Our second stay, maybe we are favourable because of the name sake ! We found the front of house staff very helpful and friendly, the stay was very nice, In a beautiful building. Unfortunately a star missing as the manager of Scarfes bar was rude and pointlessly obnoxious at which we left straight away, but we did not let that detract from a nice weekend stay.

Rosewood London
This was my first stay at the Rosewood London. Location was well suited with immediate access to the tube and also within a walkable distance to Covent Garden, Piccadilly leading to Regent Street and Oxford Street. The staff could not do enough to ensure our stay was a memorable one. (thank you Francisco) Made us feel very special. Concierge were also happy enough to book our National History museum tickets (thanks Tim). Breakfast is a must, especially the pancakes! (Howey went the extra mile)Overall what an amazing stay, I would personally like to thank, Francisco, Tim & Howey. Thank you all for making our break an enjoyable one.
