When I went to visit for a tour they were very nice and I did like the accommodations of the place but they totally didn't tell me when you bring your pets on Saturday they charge for 2 days. I think its very important to mention to the client. I updated all my information with them ex: e-mail address. They told me they sent me an e-mail but it was the wrong e-mail they have on file. Why they didn't mention that important detail that they charge 2 days went you bring your dog on Saturday when i had my tour.

Fantastic Portrait
I had to let my pup, Vivienne cross the rainbow bridge and knew I wanted to remember her in a semi-comedic way. I found Royal Pet Pawtrait through a google search and loved the princess template. Vivienne, was of course one and I loved the option she could hold her favorite toy! Now, I don't know how they did it but they were able to capture the emotion in her eyes PERFECTLY! They were so great at asking questions and ensuring I had the best photos of her so they could capture her little face. I could not be any happier with the way the canvas came out and cannot recommend highly enough!

I am totally amazed at what I recieved!!It is awesome! They had very poor photos to work with and the puppy has passed away so I couldn't take more. This is really unbelievable. I was so afraid to open the box but I am really happy I did...it turned out beautiful! Five stars!!!!Highly recommended!

Do to the pandemic, there were delays in shipping. Royal Pawtrait was prepared to send a replacement for a potential lost package and change the shipping address to accommodate. Shortly after I submitted my order, I got an email from the staff asking if I had any close-up photos of Pancake's paw, because the one in my submitted photo was too blurry. They gave me some tips on taking the photo, and it was well worth it. The final product is perfect!!

Better than expected! I uploaded a great quality photo but still wasn’t sure how it would turn out since I don’t think they do proofs (or I forgot to ask for one). Got it SO quickly in the mail and it’s beyond perfect!!! Already referring to so many friends & family!

The pawtrait had much more detail in the fur, especially around the head, and was even nicer than I imagined. My son loves it! My only suggestion would be to make the crown a little bigger. A very satisfying purchase!
