No reply to inquiry
The devices are cool and all, and they are very robust, as promised, however I had some slight complications with some software on my phone, mostly the ptt thing. So what I did was write them a letter and tell them what my problem is, hoping they'd help me fix it. I received a response that was polite and all, but no too helpfull, really. So I texted them again, and received no reply. Then, after waiting for two weeks, I decided to write them again, but then found out that I was suspended from the customer portal. So now I have no one to contact and help me out with the problems that I have. Don't know what to do.
