Rubbish company and rubbish courier.Couldn’t find their way out a paper bag.Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.Had the order out for delivery for over a week Waste of time Waste of money, should have gone to Dunhelm. One star is too good for them !!
Ordered rug after checking it was in stock &would be delivered next day. It did not turn up, &when I phoned them told not in stock, could take a few weeks for del so I canceled order. I then ordered a different rug to be delivered next day & immediately phoned them to confirm. Only to be told rug not in stock, would come from Germany at least 2 weeks was given refund both times
Rugs direct are very difficult to deal with. No phone number they answer. A rug purchased, lost, not delivered, going to be delivered, not following up, I have to followup, email, keep asking, resorting to Social Media to be heard - more than a month - no delivery. Be careful shopping from this online store - when a rug arrives (I have purchased in the past) it is great - when it goes wrong - they are no where to be seen, heard or contacted. Have made several attempts to connect - now going to lodge a formal complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.
