This site misleadingly presents itself as a government affiliate to charge an unnecessary $89 service fee. While they facilitate the renewal, they provide little benefit over the official process:No Speed Advantage: They imply faster processing by asking for travel dates, but the turnaround time is identical to the official government service.Deceptive Interface: Their "process timeline" is merely a static image rather than a functional tracking tool.Redundant Service: They simply provide a Canada Post label addressed to the same passport office you would use regardless.You are paying a premium for a middleman to handle a task you can complete directly and more securely through official channels.

Wrong instructions.
The instructions said to place it in a FedEx envelope and yet the label was a Canada Post form instead of the FedEx label.I went to the FedEx site to send it and was said they could not do it as it had a Canada Post label and they gave me instructions to the nearest Canada Post site.

It has been a slow process. I have no idea as to when I’ll receive my passport or how it’s coming. Can you please advise. And I have no phone number to call if it doesn’t arrive. I’ve been waiting for over 6 weeks and this is the first feedback I’ve heard. Bi need clear & consise update.

How I rated filling out your forms I had to get help from my family. Now due to the mail strike we had to make appointment with an office that isn't even in Ottawa. Also every time it seem s that I have paid for some esle.I am a senior without car or a husband that would take care of all this.
