Elowan is extremely talented what was supposed to be a simple meditation turned into a groundbreaking and reflective experience. I feel physically, mentally, and spiritually better after talking and meditating and I found peace with myself after. I highly recommend Elowan for many different areas in your life. I took a situation that I thought really I just had to deal with emotionally and came out with clarity and resolution.
