Working with the Saint team to complete…
Working with the Saint team to complete my investment was great. Tom answered all my questions and made it easy to get help from my IRA custodian. I highly recommend Saint and I’m super happy with the returns in the income fund.

I have been an Investor with Nic and…
I have been an Investor with Nic and Saint for 2 years now and recently increased my investment with Saint via the IRA route. I wish I found this investment platform much earlier, my goal is to gradually convert 25-33% of my total portfolio to Saint with regular annual investments.Nic and his team are assessable and provide excellent customer service and support.In summary, Saint has my highest endorsement as an investment platform.John Gallander

Solid expertise, credibility, track record
I have not yet invested with Saint Investment Group. I attended a webinar in late Jan 2025 ("2025 Investor Playbook: How Savvy Investors Will Make a Killing This Year"), and am impressed by the depth of Nick DeAngelo's knowledge and how the group conducts education and awareness marketing. Nick's acumen was evident in his lively and comprehensive coverage of numbers/trends not just in real estate but in the broader economy. More than that, it showed up in how he handled a long, real-time Q&A after the formal presentation. I asked some tougher questions, and he was knowledgeable and also candid on where his knowledge may not be complete. All in all, as someone who attends many real estate webinars, I think this group's webinars rank amongst the best I've seen. No hard-selling, some soft-selling (to be expected and it's all fine), on the strength of their knowledge, objectivity, and track record (10+ yrs of no missed distributions is a really impressive achievement).

Nic DeAngelo educated my audience very well in what Saint Investment is doing for many accredited investors. I definitely 1,000% percent recommend these guys. Trusted Investment Company
Investing in fixed income has been a game changer for my portfolio. After years of handling investments myself, I decided to give them a try.
