I felt comfortable right as soon as I walked in the door! Everything was explained step by step. The room is cozy and I absolutely loved the ceiling decor. Service was fast and way less painful than I thought it would be. I highly recommend!
Kelsey did an amazing job on my eyebrows (eyebrow transformation) and lash lift 😍
I really enjoyed my facial. I was given several useful suggestions for my skincare routine and some samples.
My daughter (12) and I both got our ears pierced. Her first, my second. And Roni was wonderful! She was very personable and made sure we knew as much as we wanted to know about the procedure.
This was my first time getting my eye lashes and eyebrows done. She made me so comfortable and explained everything she was doing and even answered questions about different services. I will be going back!!!

I had a derma peel for the first time and am feeling fabulous and fresh! Roni has lead the way for me to stick to a skin routine and my skin looks amazing. We started with her skin script line and regular facials and worked our way up to a medium depth peel. and I always look forward to visiting the salty mermaid again! 5 stars!

Results of service (lash lift and brow wax) were decent but unfortunately, I felt the service provider was unprofessional and the service room itself was messy. The provider was late to my scheduled time and wasn't prepared for my appointment (after she canceled the week before without any communication about being sick - I showed up and waited for nothing) During my appointment she complained about being cold (as was I but again she was late to prep the building/room) and then didn't even provide a mirror to see the end result, just told me I was done and asked if my credit card was a "tap". I had to ask if I could look in the mirror across the room before paying. I had wanted to try this place for awhile, unfortunately I was left short of satisfied.
