WARNING: DO NOT do business with this company. They have a lot of items/products posted on their website as available, however, a lot of them are backordered or discontinued and there is no way for the buyer to know this because they will charge your credit card for these items/products and they never communicate with you to make you aware that they're backordered or discontinued. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone through their customer service number. It is just a voicemail. So you have to send numerous emails to try to get them to refund you for the backordered/discontinued items/products. I am still waiting on them to send my refund to my credit card. I am doubtful due to their lack of communication. If I do not receive my refund then I will dispute the charges with my bank, in addition, to filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Also, be sure to read all of the numerous bad reviews and complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. I will NEVER ever do business with them again. You have been warned.

GMBS stole my credit card information
GMBS stole my credit card information and made an unauthorized purchase of $45.91 for items I did not order. They mailed random hair to me, which I did not request, along with an invoice stating, “Color: None selected.” Who would order hair without choosing a color? It feels like a scam to get rid of their surplus stock. I emailed Susan Lane, Customer Service Representative, multiple times (See uploaded file), but she refused to acknowledge the fact that I was charged for items I did not order. Initially, she said I could pay for shipping and exchange the hair, but not get a refund. This seemed unreasonable since it was their mistake and now they were requiring me to take the hair to a UPS store and pay the shipping cost- And even if I did all this, they would still keep my money tied up with their company and not issue a refund. I later asked for a UPS pickup with paid shipping and was told by Susan Lane that I could no longer even exchange the hair since it was past the 30 day deadline (I had been out of town for work.) It seems that rule would apply for orders actually made by the customer, but the representative did not seem to understand. Her defense was, and I quote, “This order was shipped and delivered to the exact address associated with this credit card therefore it was not a fraud order.” I did not place this order. GMBS are thieves.

LOL!!! These people don't have no wigs. The wigs on their website are nothing but PICTURES. They don't really have those wigs on hand for sale. Please do not waste your money or your time, because you will wait weeks before that wig ships, or you might not get it at all because they simply don't have it. When you email them to ask them if they REALLY have a wig in stock, they will not answer you. Then, a week later the wig disappears from the website. These people do not have any wigs. They just post pictures of wigs in hopes that you will give them some money. Then, they try to hunt down the wig from someplace else. Pathetic. Don't waste your time with this website. They never answer the phone. And when they do, it's an answering service who can't do anything except take a message. Pathetic. Go to SamsBeauty, Glamourtress, Divatress, SoGoodBB, Ebonyline, HairSoFly if you need a legitimate place to buy wigs and beauty products. And one more thing.... The email address for this company is not "info(at)sambeauty". It is info(at)gmbshair. This company registered that URL in an attempt to syphon off customers from a legitimate website called SamsBeauty.com. They just left off the second letter 's'. Hoping that people will make a typo and end up on GMBS. Go ahead. Put sambeauty.com in your browser. The GMBS website will pop up. Again, they did that to intercept people trying to get to a legitimate website called SamsBeauty.com. These people do not have any wigs. They are DROP-SHIPPERS. That means, you might get the wig and you might not. Take your chances. I would have more respect for them if they would just admit what they are.

Unscrupulous Business Practices
This company has terrible customer service. I purchased a human hair wig from them; I requested a particular color; they sent me the wrong color. (I printed out my transaction receipt). I have called them, I have faxed them, and I have e-mailed them explaining the situation, all to no avail. I asked them for a postage pre-paid label to mail back the wrong color wig. The postage was almost 10$. If they choose not to resolve this matter amiably, then I want a refund!

GMBS cheats people , I have been their customer for more than 10 years and they were doing very well until recently when I notice that the company just hired some dishonest people who stole from people by packing uncomplete good for their online customers. I paid for 49 but received 30 vigorol mousse olive 12oz and also received 5 out of 6 vigorol mousse curling. Before then , In my previous order the company also omitted 12 children hair ball, I didn't worry about the hairball but the mousse issue was unbearable for so I had to contact them to send my remaining mousse but until today there was no response from the company. I felt cheated and very disappointed in this company.

Buyer Beware GMBShair is a dishonest seller.I placed my order on 1-20-23, It is now 2-28 23 and I am still stuck with their substitute order. My order #466270 hair color #4 was placed on the GMBShair web site. They sent me color #KM30, a very different order than the color #4 on the GMBShair.com web site. So, I emailed them through their on-line inquiry form for an RMA so I could return this wrong order they had sent me. I got 3 acknowledgements that they got my emails, and would get back to me. But they never did. so, I emailed them again with my request. Again, I got no answer. The hair, on GMBShair.com is listed as 1D: 4-476270, and is NOW listed as out of stock. I truly believe that it was out of stock when I placed my order. But I had no way of knowing, I could only order a product as advertised. GMBShair.com delayed any response to my order for 10 days. So, I asked for a refund by email on their website. GMBShair instead of doing the right thing and giving me my refund, sent me a substitute order I didn’t ask for, nor do I want. Therefore, I asked GMBShair.com to send me an RMA to return their wrong order they sent me so I wouldn’t have to pay the $14.95 postage, and give me a full refund of my $144.94 they unfairly substituted. GMBShair never answered any of my many requests. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint against GMBShair. GMBShair answered the BBB and falsely claimed I had not contacted them, and all I had to do was return the hair for a refund. They gave no mention of the shipping or restocking fee. Why should I pay $14.94 shipping fee, and a 25% restocking fee for their false advertising. I sent the BBB 2 copies of the GMBShair promises to get back to me, but the BBB said that GBMS had stated their position, and that the case is now closed. Not much help was given to me from the BBB. GMBShair.com is taking advantage of me to unfairly make money. I will never place another order with them. Beware!!!

I made my order with GMBSHair without reading the reviews and after 2 days decided to follow up on my order. I must say I was impressed. Even though there is no phoneline to get through to them my email was promptly responded to and was given a real tracking number which worked. I ordered Sunday night and received on Thursday. Dishonesty and dodgy. GMB Hair issues royalty cards to the customers. They put on a sticker on the royalty card after every haircut. On the 15th haircut the customer will receive $15 credit which is marked on the card. After my 15th haircut they didn’t give me any credit, they still put on another sticker instead. So I still paid them full price without saying anything. When I present the royalty card with full stickers after 16th haircut, the lady owner (Geo) was only willing to give $10 credit. I pointed out it is clearly marked $15 credit on the card. She replied that “I know, I know but it is an old card, all new cards are only have $10 credit on the card.” I don’t like to argue, so I just paid her whatever amount she was asking for it and left. Actually the last haircut price has increased more than 20%. Of course it was an old card. A cycle of 15 haircuts takes 1.5 – 2 years. They kept putting on the stickers and have never mentioned it is an old card as such, only at the time to redeem the credit. Such dishonesty and deceptive behavior which I haven’t experienced in any other businesses. Shortly afterwards Geo sms me tell me that don’t feel bad about it, they have given all customers with “old” royalty card $10 credit as well not just for me. I replied that you have to be honest with your royalty program and your business, or who is going to trust you. It is shameful, they still don’t realize what have they done is wrong! Dishonesty and deceptive is not acceptable in our community!

I ordered 2 packages of braiding hair that I've purchased several times in the past from a local store. I received the wrong item but from the correct brand. I emailed as well as sent a picture of what was delivered with the shipping slip. The customer service was terrible. The associate acknowledged the wrong product was sent while also trying to convince me that what I requested is now packaged as what was sent which is completely illogical. The appropriate response would have been to apologize and send the correct merchandise, not debate with me.Update: Never received the correct merchandise. Disputed with my credit card and received partial credit.

terrible company, i work with cancer patients and the customer service representatives are refusing to give us tracking, its been over a month and ive now been forced to move addresses due to health and needed someone to be there for our client who is suffering and dying from cancer and they refuse to give us tracking or any updates its awful so leaving a dying lady without hair. Ive spent £300 to stay at the address longer to be here when its delivered and nothing! its $30 unit and $200 order and ive spent hundreds and the company have been utter useless... do not buy from them. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I cancelled my order the day after I made it. No one informed me at the time that orders could not be cancelled once made. The rep told me my order was cancelled but three weeks later I was charged. As soon as I received my charge I reached out to them and informed them this order was cancelled three weeks ago. I refused the package and they refused to give me my full refund. I have asked to speak to someone in charge but for some reason my request is being refused.

I received a email the next day with tracking information, when I used that tracking number to track package was advised that number was INVALID.I called the company and was told that they would pass the message on to corporate and they will return my call. That call NEVER came after leaving over 4 messages in a 2 week period. I also sent emails NO RESPONSE.It took me filing a COMPLAINT with the BBB to finally receive a email with tracking information and I received my wig a week later. This is my first time experience with Sam Beauty hair. I was surfing the internet and sam's beauty popped up. And the prices grabbed my attention.Well I am that type of person that search everything, even the reviews however, I fail to do that with this company because I was floored by the prices. To make a long story short, I placed an order. Later on that night after the order was placed it just seemed like the prices was to good to be true. So I decided to Google the reviews. My my, after reading the reviews, I decided to cancel my order based on the reviews. So the next morning I called to cancel, the receptionist was very nice asked me for my order number and said its been processed. I stated no problem and said to my self Well, there goes 45 dollars down the drain. Now based on the reviews, if I had canceled, I would have missed out on a spectacular deal. I am so happy I did not. My experience was very positive. My hair came in about 4 to 5 days later. I had the right color, the right amount just as ordered. I was very pleased with the quality and price.I looked my order over and examined the hair and just as pictured it was all there. So KUDOS to this hair supply company. Now all I'm saying, is for the ones who has had a bad or negative experience before you post be sure that you've done everything on your part to resolve the situation, which include reading the return policy. Because don't blame the company for charging a restocking fee on returns when you did not read the rules on the return policy. All I'm saying is reviews damage these companies and I almost didnt order, and if the company hadn't responded in a speedy manner I would have lost out on a spectacular deal. Thanks Sam's Beauty for prompt service. I read all reviews. But, some reviews bash about the return policy and get upset but failed to education yourselves on the return policies. Also, others bashed and said but I ordered again, thats wishie washie and very confusing. Next time do better and not be so confusing that's all I'm saying. Because people depend on reviews. It appeared that some had legit bad experience but fail to provide details surrounding the negative experience but before you slam companies be sure before posting everything is done on your end. Because most companies want want your business and will do anything to resolve issues. I will order again and I'm one those people that give props for what was done right and tumbs down for wrong. I will be ordering again until then I'll post. But overall great experience with this company plus they exceeded my expectations with their prices and quality of the product.
