I scheduled an appt through my insurance (straight medicaid. With Medicare supplimental) at 8pm, for 1pm the following day. My conformation email said cost $0. I recieved a call from India saying there would be a $99 fee at 11:30am. Waste of time. I could.have been ij and out at my dr by the time they called to inform me of this scam. Now some vonoany has all my insurance information (photos of cards) not cool. Super angry. Do not waste your time. I have done telehealth before, never an issue. This company is a bait and switch.
I took my daughter to the North Bethesda location for Strep test after she had visible signs of strep throat (her tonsils and throat were covered in white spots). I received the test results and they were negative! I decided to take her to Urgent care since she was miserable and crying from throat pain. Her test results came back positive immediately. I reached out to Sameday H. and requested a refund since their test was not done properly. I have been getting the run-around for a week now. They are trying to say the incubation period defined the test results! She was re-tested hours later not days. Don't waste your $ on them, go to a trusted place for tests.
Appreciate the privacy as well with the results on a separate service.

I go to the Alexandria Virginia location in south Washington and I’m not from this area and I have had to come get Covid testing weekly for six months consecutively and the staff is very easy going and professional and friendly!!!My results come back so fast and booking my visits with their app is so so to use and navigate! I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A HUGE SHOUT OUT!!!! Thank you for all Of your help and kindness!!!!I just had the lady working this morning and I apologize for not getting her name for this, give me a nice little sanitary parting ways gift and thank you again kindly!I have and will continue to advocate for this wonderful business so If you are in need of getting tested for Covid and you have a very busy schedule this is the place to go they will have you in and out so quick most of the time my results come back that same day with a 48 hour turnaround and they offer many many many other services as well I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for them and they are awesome
I recently went to a Same Day clinic on West Broadway after having 2 positive home tests. The clinician who collected my PCR sample, unable to het a "clean swab" took the sample from the very lower inside edge of my nostril, saying this would be just as effective. The test came out negative. I did a third home test: Positive. I went to Citi MD where I was told the clinician had not done a proper sample.I will never return to that facility, though it is conveniently located 2 blocks from me.

No line, they scan your QR code, proof of ID; in no later than 2 min they swab your nose and you are out!! Test results take no longer than 24hrs. I was recommend about this place and I definitely recommend it.

I received the results in 8 hours. That is fantastic. But it was difficult to find the place, because there was no building that HP shows.I wanted to talk to someone in the actual place, but there was no phone number for the specific place.

I came in 10 minutes before they were closing and I didn’t have an appointment. They still fit me in and it was important deadline I had to make. I was flustered and couldn’t make the app work and the gentleman behind the counter helped me out so much. Very friendly and good service.
