Fraudulent Conpany stay away !!!!!!!Absolutely disgusting booked a rolls Royce taxi code confirmed booking took £185 for the job that was for 1.8 miles so really not far !! Didn’t show up , no sign of refund just keep saying email them over 20 emails sent and still no refund!!
Absolutely amazing 5 star Service. Jafor the driver was extremely professional and very kind. It was a very long drive from Newcastle to London. The car was extremely comfortable for the journey to London which was important to me, particularly as I had to fly to Munich early the next morning. I was therefore able to rest. Jafor also supplied me with a blanket too. The whole experience was fantastic and thank you so very much.Will definitely call upon you again for future journeys.
ScumAvoidSimply exist to con, scam and defraud.Even if the taxi did turn up, it would be down to the company providing it and not these crooks. Basically, they say they will cover all jobs, but unfortunately that means from Coventry. So guess what they cancel when you’re too far away and the local firms widely say “ Nah”He also charge a ridiculously inflated fee, have a cancellation policy that is hidden but says you basically get no refund if you cancel at any time even 25 years before (my exaggeration but I hope you see what I mean).If you ring them up, they start off mildly pleasant and as soon as you complain or ask for refund they either get heavy or put the phone down and then if you ring more than five times they block you.Another cracker is that they offer a voucher if you write a good review, which is bad enough. Unfortunately, the voucher signed you up to some kind of subscription scam which I understand is a nightmare to cancel and they make no mention of until the person being defrauded realises it. They have a STANDARD reply to any review. When the local firm has been good and not them they say thank you very much. Here’s a voucher so we can defraud you (of course they don’t mention the defraud bit) Bad review they say oh please do contact us so we can look into this and try and minimise the persons suffering. If you look at the bad reviews, they’re all the same. That is they don’t turn up, they overcharge hugely, they have no manners and are crooks, avoid them at all costs,, watch out for the vouchers nonsense, they lie about being affiliated to ABTA. They say they are associated with the commentary firm rocket taxis. But they’re all the same bunch of Grifters.Interestingly, they also seem to be in a different time zone which is very suspicious but also I think says it all.Although I may sound over the top I promise all of this is correct and really you will never forgive yourself if you even speak to these jokers. They are the most corrupt bunch of individuals I have come across in decades. How on Earth some official body has not closed these individuals down is a total mystery. Possibly because they are based abroad. I forgot to mention that once you make a booking, they say you can amend it but guess what you can’t. If you ring them then they call it a cancellation and charge you the full price. Looking at the reviews, their website seems to very suspiciously put down either one or two wrong destinations in quite a lot of bookings, like it did to me..This is quite handy for them because you obviously don’t want a taxi to the wrong place and therefore it is cancelled and they take your money and I’m sure congratulate themselves on their very clever behaviour. The only real bit of advice apart from avoid that I can give is if you are sadly taken in and defrauded by these malfeasants, take it through your bank, who are very interested in this type of operation. You could if you have the time also report them to trading standards and after and of course leave a review. If ever there was a time that I wanted to say why is it not possible to give minus marks or minus the stars up to -10 for outfits with no intention of providing a service it would be for these dreadful awful individuals with either no empathy or inside or standards, morals, decency or any kind of belief system that is anything but vile or self-centred my impression from talking to these awful black souled individuals is that they despise everyone who comes in contact with them and takes them for an idiot and a patsy and someone to take money off for no reason rather than do anything else.Good luck and I do hope you read this before you give them any money.🤞
Our taxi to and from a wedding was cancelled hours before it was due to pick us up. Deeply unimpressive.
A prebooked taxi for which payment had been taken was cancelled 15 minutes before pick up time. Just an email, not even the courtesy of a phone call/message alert. This was extremely inconvenient with no time to rearrange an alternative. Left us out of pocket and missing over half of our prebooked experience. Avoid.
Would give zero stars. Could not fulfil return journey but took payment and refusing to refund full amount. Don’t waste your money.
Car did not show up at all. We made a reservation well in advance, even got a confirmation, and Taxicode took the full amount off of credit card a month prior to our ride - but then did not provide a driver on the agreed day. So we paid for not getting any service. Getting a refund from Taxicode also very complicated. I will not book through them ever again,
DO NOT USE AS YOU WILL BE ROBBED MESSED ABOUT AND CERTAINLY WILL NOT SEE A TAXI FROM THEM. !!!!!THIEVES!!!!PURE AND SIMPLEThe price charged to me was 5times what a local taxi firm ultimately charged me, including tip.This company has a website but the details put on it are wrong and you are not able to change them at all. If you email you are ignored. If you try and get a refund you are told to email. If you continue to ask for a refund the phone will be put down. There is no way to win with these people and you will lose your money.They have lots of help articles on the website which are fiction and there will be no help.They will take a semblance of action by instructing a firm. However, in my case the firm was 35 miles away from me and the driver was “coming specially”That firm told me what they were receiving for the job and it was even less than the local firm and therefore this company steal and default over 80% of any money that you pay.The People on the phone made up their names, lied, did not answer any questions, kept saying you need to email which results in no respo did not answer any questions, kept saying you need to email which results in no response whatsoever.It is like dealing with AI or somebody being deliberately obtuse and trying to appear helpful when actually being obstructive.I have not encountered a firm like this in many many years.Be careful with this Mötley bunch of Vagabond spies and griftersPaul
Why can't there be negitive stars?? This company doesn't deserve a single star! Avoid Taxicode unless you are prepared to be let down. I booked a return journey with Taxicode a week before the proposed weekend away. The morning of our weekend, I awoke to an email from Taxicode informing me that the booking had been cancelled. So now our weekend away is not happening and I've blown almost £1000 for nothing. I've frantically tried to find other taxi companies but to no avail at such short notice. Just to add insult to injury, a secon email offiered me a £5 credit for a future booking. I'm livid!
AVOID AVOID AVOID, easier to just walk :(However desperate you are, never ever be tempted to use this bunch of thieves. I booked a taxi well in advance of the required date and foolishly paid a deposit of £18 (20% of a £90 fare for a 7 mile journey, I should have realised). Three weeks after booking they then tried to debit my card without warning, request or authorisation for the remainder of the fare (another £72), a week before the journey and without confirming whether they could supply a car. Taxicode then cancelled my booking and refused to return my deposit. Two more weeks of phone calls and emails and still no refund. Wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews. Incidentally the reviews on Taxicode website aren't reviews of Taxicode but of the subcontracted drivers. BEWARE, if you book through Taxicode it's unlikely to end well.
Awful experience post making a reservation (or not as Texicode said!) and Taxicode taking the money of my card, £130:05) 19 calls to the number displayed on their website, the voice message says an agent will call you back asap and nobody does.Post making my reservation, no confirmation email was received and no receipt for the debit from my card.My 20th call was finally answered by a European speaking female after the call was divert to somewhere in Europe.I gave my details, name, departing airport, arrival airport @ time etc and how much Taxicode had debited from my card.Her response was no reservation had been made and I reiterated that Taxicode had taken money off my card for the reservation and from their bank identification ref, she should be able to find my reservationHer response was to tell me to send an email to the email address provided and quickly put the phone down on me. I had already emailed Taxicode 6 times and did so again post speaking with the lady and to date & time no reply.I'v had to rearrange alternation transport, 2 x taxis and I have spoke with my bank and luckily they're going to hold payment as its still waiting for merchant authorization.NEVER EVER USE TAXICODE YOU COULD LIVE TO REGRET - IT's A SCAM.

Have taken £60 from me and offered no service. Had to cancel as sent 4 requests for a change in booking to no reply. It was for an airport taxi so I had to book one that I knew would come at the requested time. Awful company- book directly with your local taxi company for a better service and prices that are cheaper (without the taxicode commission)
I wanted to reserve a taxi for the same day, I made a booking, selected the wrong date and tried to cancel or edit.I had to create an account, the website is extremly unfriendly and difficult to navigate on the phone.I made the cancellation about 7 minutes after the booking was made and they changed me 45£ because they say their cancellation policy has to be done 48 hours for a full refund. completely ridicolous!!I felt robbed!! I will never use it again and definetly not reccomended.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!Tried to change a pick up time within 24 hours of booking, and still 5 days before set date, but was advised that this would carry a charge.The booking was actually cancelled instead of amended and Taxicode said that I had to rebook to get a refund, but the price was higher and I did not trust this Company.The refund policy is ABSOLUTELY shocking, giving on 10% refund for any cancellation made between 5 and 10 days before actual pick up date. Max refund was 55% if you gave 30 days notice!!I would whole-heartedly NOT recommend this Company to anyone (friend or foe) - I cannot even give a no star review
Booked and confirmed.Got canceled 8minutes past pickup time. They had no driver!!! Stay away from this company and app.

As soon as the plane touched down, and we were allowed to switch on ur phones, I received a text from my driver.I emerged with my suitcases and was met by a very pleasant and well dressed man. We reached the car park, and I was ushered into a clean and lovely Mercedes benz. Lovely, ride home. It was a lovely end to my day. He refused to accept tip.Thank you much.
