Price Increase
Although I realize costs have gone up, I have a hard time understanding a 56% increase in the cost of a RV space with the customary one month notice.

Payment Date
For some reason 2 days ago, when I tried to give a pymt. it would not allow me, It would say ""There are no Data records to display"" So I was glad for reminder and the ability to able to Pay thank you.

Poor Customer Service
You are offered the opportunity to contact them via email. I did just that to notify about cancelling service and to ask for help in the process on May 22nd. A Noreply was sent to my email; however, when I went in to verify the email, I was told it was never received. Thus, I was beat out of another month of rent. How sad when the economy is as difficult as it is. Do not offer email contact if you are not going to be professional and answer. Ms. Arnold

Great rates, facility and staff!
Self Storage Solutions is fantastic, I have had a storage unit with them for almost two years now. The facility is always neat, clean and well lit and the staff is as friendly as they are helpful. I highly recommend you check them out!

Great Customer Service!
I've had a storage unit with this property for almost a year and have been extremely satisfied. The management has gone the "extra mile" for me on several occasions. One that comes to mind is they contacted me when I forgot to lock my storage unit one day. I was amazed that they patrolled the property to discover this and was very thankful! It is very clean and safe. Also, there have been a couple of rain storms so I was concerned with flooding but never had a drop of water in my unit. Just a shout out to the management team...you guys are great. Keep doing what you're doing!
