Please stay Tuned

Please stay Tuned! I am a "real" customer. Sellvia is fighting to have reviews removed from TrustPilot and calling them fake. This is a lie! Stay Tuned! I will be posting an expose on Sellvia and the platform and its horrible customer service, support, and marketing services fraud. I will post the expose to show how Sellvia and Ali DropShip Marketing are abusing merchants and making it impossible for the platform to be profitable to client/merchants and to have a viable, positive cash flow for merchants/clients. I will provide the breakdown and details to demonstrate real examples of what they are doing. Beware! Sellvia is deleting reviews from clients/merchants and calling them fake and claiming they are not real customers. I am a real customer with 11 months of history with Sellvia/Ali DropShip, and this stuff is really happening. They are using us as useful idiots to fix their cash flow issues by adopting a ridiculous 25% hold for 125 days on things like digital products when there is no risk. This is a scam!

Stay far away from this company

Stay far away from this company. I have invested over $5000 in my drop shipping store. They have taken money, charged exorbitant fees, and continue to promise refunds that are never seen. There is no way to get ahead or even break even. I am so outdone. I hate them!

Natasha
Sellvia

Dear Natasha, We’re sorry to read that you feel this way. We would like to clarify that Sellvia does not process charges unless a service, subscription, advertising deposit, or optional feature has been activated on the account. There are no hidden withdrawals outside of selected services. From your words, it appears that a refund option may have already been discussed or offered in your case. If you didn't get it, we're ready to check it. There are different alternatives and resolution options available depending on account history, service usage, and billing category. To ensure accuracy and confidentiality, we kindly ask that you contact us directly at compliance@sellvia.com. Sellvia Experience

I found Sellvia’s ad on Google ads, which stated I could open my turnkey store for free for 14 days, and cancel at any time. I was unable to cancel at any time, as multiple requests I sent to cancel were ignored and I was instead offered other services which involved keeping my store open. I made it clear that I did not want to continue with Sellvia in any way. I did not want to purchase any features, packages, plans, upgrade or downgrade features, etc. I requested to end and close my store and be refunded for over a week, after corresponding with “compliance” in over a dozen emails. The store was finally closed, but I have not been refunded for unauthorized charges and a package I was told I needed to buy. Neither have I received back “profits” on all the orders I processed from my bank account. The exorbitant fees to cash out “profits” and the way payouts work were not disclosed initially. I had to personally pay to process orders. There is also something called risk reserves, which were not explained either, nor was any of this explained in my initial consultation call. I am out over $1,500. The turnkey “store” appeared to be fake, because almost every review had 5 stars, no matter what the product was. Much like the reviews about Sellvia on here and their own platform, are they paying for reviews/posting fake one? I believe the “good” reviews are fake. I received a response from Sellvia, and we are in negotiations for a fair resolve. I will update my review when the matters are settled, and give an honest report on the steps taken to ensure that everything is resolved fairly.

Sireena
Sellvia

Dear Sireena, Thank you for sharing your concerns. Our Compliance Manager is currently in direct contact with you, and your case has been reviewed in detail. To clarify, the 14-day trial period allows new users to evaluate the platform before the standard $39 monthly subscription begins. The trial itself is free; however, it does not restrict users from purchasing additional paid services during that time. Any optional services activated during the trial remain subject to their individual billing and refund policies as outlined in the Terms of Service accepted at signup. Regarding cancellation, our records show that our team remained in communication with you and discussed possible solutions while your request was being addressed. In addition, subscription cancellation can be completed directly from the user dashboard at any time. Your store has now been closed. Although certain services (including promotional credits) are generally non-refundable once activated or used, an exception has been offered in your case as part of a good-faith resolution. Specifically, our Compliance Manager has proposed: - A full refund of $890, - Assistance with full withdrawal of your risk reserve balance, subject to standard processing procedures, - Confirmation that High Performance Tier charges have been refunded - A refund of the $12.80 promotion charge This proposal was extended in order to bring the matter to a final and amicable resolution. We are currently awaiting your confirmation to proceed with finalizing the remaining steps. As for fees you mentioned, all of them alternatives and we explain what options you have. Finally, Sellvia does not fabricate reviews or pay for positive Trustpilot feedback. Product reviews displayed within stores are sourced through supplier integrations and marketplace data feeds. We remain ready to complete the resolution already offered and encourage you to confirm directly with our Compliance Manager so the case can be formally closed. Sellvia Compliance Team

Not a magic money glitch

Not a magic money glitch, but way more structured than dealing with random suppliers. US shipping alone makes life easier. Setup can feel a bit confuzing at first, but once you figure it out, it runs pretty smooth. You still gotta do the marketing grind yourself tho. Overall, decent system if you know what you're doing.

Toni Freeman
Sellvia

Dear Toni, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review, we truly appreciate your feedback! It's great to hear you're finding our system more structured and reliable than dealing with random suppliers, especially with the US shipping perks making things smoother. You're spot on about the setup taking a little getting used to at first, but we're always here to help folks navigate that. And yeah, the marketing hustle is all you—glad it's running pretty smooth now that you've got the hang of it! Best, Sellvia Team

Dear Jack, We’re sorry to read your review and take allegations like this very seriously. Avoid this platform and this is my…

Avoid this platform and this is my final review after losing around 3000 uk sterling possibly more. Its a never ending circle of fighting to achieve. High cost and charges for even moving you own money to a section of the platform called processing. Which is 28 percent. The platform is set up for failure and the only winners are them take this from me. Also the staff are rude such as Sergio. I was on the verge of sending my friends to your work place to have a quiet word with you I let that go as I found out that person is just a little boy with a attitude who will one day learn a lesson not to disrespectful certain individuals as in probably be fired for not following guidelines and being disrespectful to clients as he jusy a ant on the platform working. Bottom line is do not waste your time with this platform your end up going round in circles with the hope of being successful. Also even when Trying to achieve sales and you are stuck between avaliable and risk reserve with not enough money to process orders because they hold 25 percent from sales the growth manager ie Angelina do not operate fasternuff to help transfer money and the ordersbecome canceled avoid all cost and do not even chance it. Its a waste of time and you be in big regrett they have no regards for you a Or you financial situation. There is no financial freedom with this platform you are sold a lie . Take it from me

mr bullion
Sellvia

Dear Mr Bullion, We’re genuinely sorry to read about your experience and the frustration you’ve described. First, we want to clarify an important point: all platform fees are non-obligatory and have alternatives. You are never required to use every Sellvia service. If you prefer, you can process orders manually to avoid deposit-related fees. You can promote your store using your own advertising channels instead of Sellvia Ads, which avoids the 28% ad management fee. You may also connect your own payment gateway to receive customer funds directly and avoid referral fees. Sellvia provides a complete ecosystem for convenience, but sellers are free to choose only the services that fit their strategy. Regarding funds moving into processing for those who uses Sellvia Payments, this is a standard risk-management measure used in ecommerce payment processing. It is not a charge or loss of money; it is a temporary hold to protect against disputes and chargebacks. But you can set your own payment gateway to avoid such a hold. As for advertising costs, paid ads always involve risk. Especially in the early stages, testing products and audiences can result in spending more before campaigns are optimized. Profitability depends on pricing structure, product selection, ad performance, and budget strategy. We are also concerned to read about the interaction you mentioned with a team member. If you feel any communication was unprofessional, we take that seriously. Respect toward clients is a core standard for us, and we can review the communication internally if you provide details. We understand your disappointment, but we remain available to clarify any specific concerns and provide a factual review of your case. Sincerely, Sellvia Compliance Team

Never really sell bigger items

Charging my card all the time. Not really explaining reasoning. Put money in a reserve that can never really be accessed. It's a constant cycle, paid ton of money and ads to try to get larger products sold but only ever sold digital products so never really made big profits. If you like everything is a big scam and all automated just to get your money and then when you try to close out your store and get your funds, they keep sending you the same email over and over again. You can't cash out your funds until you have $100 available and you can't use the reserve to cash it out

BJ Soto
Sellvia

Dear BJ, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how discouraging it can feel when you invest in advertising and expect larger sales, but the results don’t align with those expectations. It’s important to clarify that high-ticket products are naturally less frequent sellers compared to lower-priced or digital items. This is not unique to our platform — it reflects general consumer buying behavior. When customers consider more expensive products, they usually take longer to decide, compare alternatives, read reviews, and build trust with the store before completing a purchase. Higher prices involve greater perceived risk, so conversion rates are typically lower and require more time, stronger branding, and consistent marketing efforts. In contrast, cheaper or digital products involve less financial commitment and are often impulse purchases, which is why they tend to sell more often and generate quicker but smaller profits. Regarding charges and reserves, funds held in reserve are part of standard payment risk management procedures and are released according to the processing terms. They are not inaccessible permanently. The $100 minimum withdrawal threshold is also a standard operational requirement for payouts. If you are receiving repeated emails, it usually means there is an open matter that still requires clarification rather than an attempt to avoid resolution. We would truly like the opportunity to review your specific account and provide a clear explanation of your transactions, reserves, and withdrawal status. Please contact us at compliance@sellvia.com so we can look into this in detail and assist you properly. Sincerely, Sellvia Compliance Team

Money hungry scammers

They charge you a fee to get your money in one day and you don't get it until 4 days later. They will continue to lose business because you can't get your money right after a sale and they charge too many unnecessary fees. SCAMMERS

Tip M
Sellvia

Dear Tip, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify that you are not required to use Sellvia Payments. You always have the option to connect your own payment gateway and receive customer funds directly into your own merchant account, which allows you to access funds according to your processor’s terms. Sellvia Payments was created primarily for users who do not yet have their own processing solution and prefer an integrated option. Regarding the Express Payout option, we would also like to clarify that the stated 1-day timeframe refers to the processing time of the payout request, not the delivery time of customer orders. Once an express payout is approved and processed, the transfer timeline may additionally depend on standard banking procedures, which can vary by financial institution. It is also important to mention that associated service fees are not mandatory, as alternatives are available. For example, you may process orders manually instead of using the deposit system if you prefer to avoid related deposit fees. You are free to promote your store using your own advertising channels rather than Sellvia Ads, which would eliminate the 28% ad management fee. Likewise, by using your own payment gateway instead of Sellvia Payments, you can avoid referral or internal payment processing fees on our end. Sellvia provides a comprehensive ecosystem that includes hosting, payments, advertising, fulfillment, and automation for convenience. However, merchants are not required to use every service and can structure their business model in the way that best suits their operational and financial strategy. If you would like assistance optimizing your setup or reducing costs, please contact us at compliance@sellvia.com. We will be glad to review your case in detail. Sincerely, Sellvia Compliance Team

THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE PLEASE!!!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE PLEASE!!!! Do not let sellvia fool you at all. I was already dropshipping but I decided to give sellvia a try because it didn't seem like a bad choice idea at the time. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST. RANDOM UNSOLICITED, NO WARNING CHARGES TO YOUR CARD, MULTIPLE FORCED EMAILS. And they will send less emails once they withdrawal money from your account without notice. NO ONE can run a successful business with them. If anyone is reading this you'll realize most reviews are similar so PLEASE listen to the bad reviews and STAY AWAY they are very right and I experienced similar to them.

Kwame Agyapong
Sellvia

Dear Kwame, We’re very sorry to read about your experience and to see how strongly you feel about the situation. Please understand that Sellvia does not apply random or unauthorized charges. All transactions are generated based on selected services, active subscriptions, advertising activity, or order processing, and they are reflected inside the user dashboard. We take transparency very seriously. That said, we genuinely want to review your case carefully and clarify everything for you. If there has been any misunderstanding or if something was not clearly explained, we would absolutely like the opportunity to investigate and resolve it properly. Kindly contact us directly at compliance@sellvia.com with your account details, and we will conduct a full review of your charges and activity to provide you with a clear explanation and work toward a resolution. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the chance to address your concerns in a constructive and professional manner. Sincerely, Sellvia Compliance Team

Just Turn To Shopify If You Aim To Earn Rather Than Spend. You Will Spend Here!

Absolute worst experience ive had with any "opportunity" that has presented itself through advertisement. I had a store for maybe 10 minutes tops before deciding that the deception and lies was enough to tell me all k needed to know, which was that they did and do not deserve to ever make 1 cent off of me. The advertising for this was on a fully automated online store 100+ top products, and all these other amazing things which convince you to get the "Free" 14 day trial that is offered. So I put in my card info. Once j get to the store it gives me the option to purchase a premium name or choose from free crappy name stores....no naming your own store so thats out of the question. Then I decide to just get started and go to add products to the store. An so much for the 100+ products that was advertised, oh no, absolutely 0 products available, but they have packages I can purchase (if you've ever been in the business of dropshipping, you know the perk of dropshipping is not paying for the product up front with no guarantee you can sell it, so no loss but not here the 100+ products advertised costs money). Then i seen a option to spend $1 to upgrade to a premium store and get a list products for free with that purchase and a premium name. So I accepted that deal and it went through showed me exactly what I got which was a woman's fashion deal, and a premium domain name which was decent. Only I couldnt use the name. And I found out through an advertisement that even if i wouldve spent money on products to list, that it was not fully automated as advertised I would also need to pay for that feature. So LITERALLY the ONLY honest thing about the advertisement was there was a trial. Thats it. So I would say due to lies, deception, and unrealistically vast amounts of greed has shaped quiet the first impression for me and I would NEVER EVER send my worst enemy there not even with it being as deceptive and money grunting as it is.

Brett S
Sellvia

Dear Brett, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your first impression was so disappointing. We would like to clarify a few important points, as some of the information in your review appears to reflect misunderstandings about how the platform works. The 14-day trial is real and allows users to explore the dashboard and available features before committing to a full subscription. During the setup process, users can either choose from available free domain options, purchase a premium domain, or later connect their own custom domain. There is no restriction preventing you from using your own branded domain — it simply may require manual connection rather than instant assignment during the initial setup step. Regarding products: Sellvia provides access to a large catalog of ready-to-sell items. However, certain curated product packages and niche bundles are optional paid upgrades. These are not mandatory to launch a store. You are not required to pre-purchase inventory in the traditional sense — this is still a dropshipping model, meaning products are fulfilled per order. As for automation, order fulfillment automation and advertising automation are separate features. This is outlined during onboarding and inside the dashboard. We understand that expectations and reality may have felt misaligned in your experience, and for that we sincerely apologize. It was never our intention to create confusion or the impression of deception. If you would be open to it, we would be happy to review your account activity and clarify exactly what was available within your specific plan. We respect your decision, but we remain available if you would like a clear walkthrough of how the system works and what options are included without additional purchases. Wishing you success in whichever path you choose. Kind regards, Sellvia Compliance Team

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Company Sellvia.com will take your money and keep taking until you have no money left. Its a scam you cannot make money but what you can do is lose it all to Sellvia which the real name is Alidrop they just put their name to cover up the real website. If you have looked at Alidrop its free shipping and you don't have to pay another Company. In all reality you have no control and you actually cannot see the products, so are they really shipping who knows. If you shut your ads off they will still take your money and $128 at a rip which in turn only gives you a few orders to process. This Company took from me over $26,000 through different accounts and then on top of all of it someone will reach out to you and tell "we have to look at the account to determine how much you will get back". If your giving even 4 stars or 4.5 your being paid to give a review. Complete scam stay away!

Cindy Giroux
Sellvia

Dear Cindy, We take allegations of unauthorized charges extremely seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. After a thorough internal review conducted by our Compliance Team, we can confirm that the charges in question were associated with active services on your account, including promotional and store related services that remained enabled until January 25. These were not unauthorized withdrawals, but charges connected to active subscriptions and advertising activity in accordance with our Terms of Use. We would also like to clarify that withdrawals were successfully made from both of your accounts prior to the disputes currently opened. This confirms that payouts were processed and received, and that account access and fund withdrawals were functioning normally before the chargebacks were initiated. We understand that this situation has been frustrating. As part of our efforts to resolve your concerns in good faith, we have already: • Initiated applicable refunds where eligible, noting that standard banking timelines of 5 to 10 business days apply depending on your financial institution • Offered consolidation of your activity into a single store to reduce operational costs • Proposed removal of additional stores from your account • Offered a one year subscription extension at no additional charge • Provided $500 in promotional credits allocated to your deposit and advertising balances These steps were offered as a practical resolution to help stabilize your operations and allow you to focus resources efficiently. While we respect your decision to pursue disputes through your bank, it is important to clarify that filing chargebacks does not automatically invalidate charges for services that were active and delivered. We remain fully prepared to cooperate with any formal review process and provide complete documentation of account activity, service usage, billing records, and payout history. Our goal has always been to reach a fair and constructive resolution within the framework of our Terms of Use. We remain open to professional dialogue and are willing to assist you in moving forward productively. If you would like to continue working toward a structured resolution, our Compliance Team remains available. Sincerely, Sellvia Compliance Team

Sellvia

Dear Geoffrey, Thank you for sharing such a realistic and thoughtful review. You’re absolutely right: it’s not overnight money, and it does take proper product testing and well‑run ads to see consistent results. We’re really glad to hear that after dialing things in, you’ve started seeing steady orders and real progress, even if the growth is gradual. Your perspective is very valuable for other entrepreneurs who are just getting started, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to describe your experience. If you ever need any tips, resources, or guidance to keep scaling, our team is always here to help. Warm regards, Sellvia Team

Do not give them your cc numbers

Do not give them your cc numbers, they are constantly trying to withdraw random amounts for who knows what. Th customer service takes forever to get back to you without actually giving you any information, i just want a refund for the 600$ i invested to not only not have a single penny paid out but still being pressured to give them more money. I paid for a premium domain and the one time payment for 100$ (not counting the 30$in transaction fees) that ive paid for 3 times to auto ship orders and pkgs to not get any of it, except a notification that another sellvia transaction declined due to me having to lock my card because they are trying to charge me again for something. And the response that i get from the sellvia team ..... just because you say something doesnt make it true. so before you "clarify" any instance i have a problem with you know this, your reply is generic, gives absolutely no resolution to the problem because you know that you are a scam. I want my money back.

Tim Cooper
Sellvia

Dear Tim, We take statements like this seriously and would like to clarify the facts regarding your account. First, Sellvia does not make random or unauthorized withdrawals. All charges are system generated and tied to activated services, subscriptions, domain purchases, or order processing activity selected within the account. You contacted us requesting a full refund of your total investment. Your request was forwarded to Compliance for review. During that review, we confirmed that: • The premium domain purchase was completed and delivered • The turnkey store and related services were fully provided • Order processing payments were applied toward fulfilling customer orders • The one time processing payments you referenced were successfully executed We also explained that account balances are sometimes used to process pending orders automatically if a connected card declines, which is part of the automated fulfillment system. Under our Terms of Use, completed services and advertising related expenses are generally non refundable. However, despite this policy, your case was escalated to senior management for additional review. As a goodwill resolution, we offered a 30 percent refund of your total investment, even though the services were delivered in full. This offer remains available should you wish to accept it. We understand your frustration regarding store performance and payouts. However, no funds are withheld without policy basis, and there is no requirement to continue investing if you choose not to. If you would like to proceed with the 30 percent refund offer or review the breakdown of charges again in detail, please contact our Compliance Team directly so we can finalize the matter properly. I see a lot of complaints and stories…

I see a lot of complaints and stories similar to my own. I had a store with SELLVIA and made a complaint to support. Some lady….from support said let’s have a Zoom video call. I accepted and had my camera on but, she had her camera off and refused to turn it on. She had a foreign broken English voice with a common American name. I was told she would resolve my account with earnings and my drop shipping deposit money lee e ft in my account. For weeks I never heard from her. Then strangely I see an email from another company called, Allidropship, which made an offer for a legitimate store front. I signed up and the account was just like Sellvia’s alerting me to pick an E-store name and my previous store account was closed. When companies use another alias name, it usually signals a scam. I would never signed up with the company if I had known it was the same false promising and deceptive company as SELLVIA. Money hungry bandits people have lives, hopes and families to provide for!

customer
Sellvia

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important points. Regarding the Zoom call, for security and internal policy reasons, our representatives are not required to turn on their cameras during support or compliance meetings. This is a standard privacy measure and does not indicate anything improper. We are sorry if there was a delay in follow up communication. That is not the experience we aim to provide, and we are ready to review your case to understand what happened. As for Allidropship, Sellvia and AliDropship operate within the same ecosystem of ecommerce solutions. This is not an alias, but a related platform offering a different store model. There is no intention to mislead users. Stores are closed only upon user request, inactivity under policy conditions, or as part of an account transition process. If anything was unclear, we are willing to investigate and provide clarification. Please contact our Compliance Team at compliance@sellvia.com with your account details so we can conduct a full review and provide a detailed response. Sellvia Compliance Team

Fraudulent company

If I could give zero Stars I would I signed up for the pre-store and was sold on becoming an active member even put in $3,000 to get a great store running by being promised I would double the profits instead I haven't made anything maybe $300 in returns you're holding $2,000 for you know financial purposes in case something bad happens or something like that you continuously charge my accounts without permission I have emails I have requested phone calls which have not been made in return by any of you and you continuously pull 128 out of my account on a daily basis one time you pull it out four different times that day you have now taken almost $6,000 out of my account and will not stop I've had to close my bank account twice and you have not refunded any of my money. I'm told if I delete my store close down my store I will lose everything that I have paid for and I won't get any of my money that is sitting and holding waiting for me that you have not released instead it's supposed to be held for 125 days which it's been way over that and I still have not received my payout from my commission from the money you're making of me. I would not advise anybody open up a store with you guys poor customer service and being lied to while you guys profit and I paid the price is not okay.

Katie M Pemberton
Sellvia

Dear Katie, We take claims of unauthorized charges and withheld funds very seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. After carefully reviewing your account, we can confirm that you currently have two active stores. Since their opening, we can see that you have been actively reinvesting your earnings back into your business, primarily toward automated order processing. This is actually a responsible and commendable strategy, as timely order fulfillment is critical for customer satisfaction and long term store performance. Based on our records, the majority of the funds deposited into your account were used for order processing and operational expenses related to fulfilling customer purchases. We can also confirm that you have successfully withdrawn over $1,000 in total earnings from your store to date. Regarding the charges you referenced, these are associated with active services, subscriptions, and order processing activities enabled on your account. They are not unauthorized withdrawals, but system generated charges tied to active store operations. Our manager has already reached out to you to discuss strategic adjustments and provide recommendations to improve store performance. The intention was to help optimize your structure, reduce unnecessary expenses, and focus resources more efficiently. We understand how frustrating it can feel when expectations and results do not align as quickly as hoped. However, we want to emphasize that we remain available to work with you constructively. If you are open to reviewing your strategy and consolidating efforts, we are ready to assist. We remain committed to resolving this matter professionally. Sellvia Compliance Team

Been on Sellvia for about 3 months now

Been on Sellvia for about 3 months now. first time I opened the dashboard I was like damn… this looks complicated af 😅 felt kinda overwhelming ngl. but once I slowed down and actually went step by step, it all started to make sense. turns out it's way more strightforward than it looks at first. not making huge money yet, no crazy flex or anything, but sales are slowly picking up and that's what matters. you can feel the momentum building. def not some "overnite success" thing, but it's moving in the right direction. pretty solid experince so far.

Camille Curry
Sellvia

Dear Camille, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such an honest and thoughtful review of your first three months with Sellvia. Feedback like yours is incredibly valuable, because it reflects the real journey—without the “overnight success” myth that so many people get misled by. We truly appreciate that you stuck with the platform even after that first “damn… this looks complicated” moment. It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed at the beginning, especially when you’re stepping into e-commerce and learning a new dashboard at the same time. The fact that you slowed down, went step by step, and gave yourself time to understand everything really shows your determination—and it’s exactly this approach that usually leads to long-term results. It’s great to hear that once you broke things down, the system started to feel much more straightforward. That’s one of our key goals: to provide powerful tools that might look complex at first glance, but become intuitive as you work with them. Your experience really captures that transition from “this is a lot” to “ok, I’ve got this.” We’re especially happy that you’re already seeing sales and feeling the momentum build. Even if it’s not “crazy flex” level yet, those early wins and steady growth are often the most important part of the process. 7 day trial started and ended in a minute.

They charged me as soon as I signed up for a "free trial", I got a welcome email and in the same minute i got an email that said congrats on your 7 days.. not true. They asked me to take a survey for free money but when I did they charged me based on what my answer was. I basically got charged $52 for answering a survey and signing up for what was supposed to be free .. when I emailed then they said I signed up for 2nd store.. and I never did. The receipt says none of that. I also have pictures/screenshots confirming what I just said. After 20 emails. They finally say the can refund my money.. the 49 dollars. The extra $2 i guess is a loss. Crazy right. So, if you sign up be ready to lose money.

Sellvia

Hello, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how concerning this must have felt. A 14-day trial does not end immediately upon signup, and no survey response alone triggers a charge. In some cases, additional services— such as a second store setup or optional upgrades— can be selected during registration, which may result in a charge. However, these cannot be activated without confirmation during the checkout process. Since you mentioned a $52 charge and a second store that you believe you did not select, we would truly like to review your account in detail to clarify exactly what was activated and when. The receipt and billing records will clearly show which service was processed. Please contact us directly at compliance@sellvia.com (or reply with the email associated with your account), and we will investigate this immediately. If there was any misunderstanding or incorrect activation, we will address it accordingly. We take billing transparency very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to review this properly. Kind regards, Sellvia Compliance Team

Sellvia is a scam

I enrolled in Sellvia’s 14-day free trial on Aug 29, 2025 to have them build a pet products / accessories dropshipping store. Instead, Sellvia delivered a general store and did not provide the product list I requested. I canceled during the free-trial period (email sent Sept 4, 2025). Despite my cancellation request, Sellvia continued the process and I was charged after the trial through Klarna financing, including a charge of $308.52.

Hello Mixene, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, and we’d like to clarify a few points so readers have accurate context. The 14-day trial allows you to explore the Sellvia platform without being charged for the subscription itself during that period; however, please note that any optional paid services - such as deposits for order processing, Sellvia Ads, or other add-ons- are billed separately, since they involve real operations and marketing costs. You can find full details about this in our Terms of Use, which every customer agrees to upon registration by checking the confirmation box.. Based on the charge you mentioned, it appears the order may have been placed using an installment payment method (Klarna). In such cases, charges can be processed by the financing provider even if a cancellation request is sent later. That said, we can’t fully confirm this without reviewing your specific account details. Regarding the store type, Sellvia stores are built based on available product catalogs and supplier integrations. If a specific niche request could not be fulfilled as expected, that’s something we’d want to review directly to see what adjustments or resolutions are possible. We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into the exact timeline, your cancellation request, and the Klarna charge to provide a clear explanation and, if applicable, discuss next steps. Please contact us directly so we can review your case in detail. Kind regards, Sellvia Compliance Team

I am very dissatisfied with this…

I am very dissatisfied with this company. They give you false orders and make you pay for those orders, then they will show you the fake profit, which you will never see. When you try to withdraw your own money, they tell you a minimum of $100. They will take over 28% of your money; even then, you can't withdraw it, but you can spend it toward other service fees. What a SCAM it is! They are organized Criminals. Your account has been permanently closed As a result, your stores and their data have been deleted and are no longer recoverable. What happened? Your Sellvia subscription has been canceled and your stores have been permanently closed as a result. Sellvia

Hello David, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear how dissatisfied you feel, and we’d like to clarify a few important points for accuracy. Sellvia does not generate fake orders, fake customers, or fake profits. All orders shown in the dashboard come from real buyers, and fulfillment costs are required to process those orders with suppliers and shipping partners. The “profit” displayed reflects gross results before operational expenses, which is why reviewing processing fees, advertising costs, and deposits together is essential for understanding net results. Regarding withdrawals: a minimum payout threshold applies, and standard processing fees are clearly outlined in our Terms. Account balances are withdrawable once eligibility requirements are met; they are not restricted to being spent on services only. If something in your account did not behave as expected, that’s something we’d want to review directly. We understand how frustrating this experience has been, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into your account details to clarify transactions and address any specific issues. Please contact us directly at compliance@sellvia.com so we can assist you properly. Kind regards, Sellvia Compliance Team
