I wish I could give negative stars. Worst company ever. I ordered flowers and chocolate. First the web site said would be delivered by Feb 13th. Guess what NOT. The recipient never received the product. I contacted the company they say it was delivered. After several attempts they say their courier "says" it was delivered. Then they say they cannot get hold of recipient. Nothing but run around and I'm out 100.00 horrible company can't believe they are allowed to stay in business.
I placed an order of flowers/teddy bear/chocolate in Feb 2026 to be sent to my sister for her birthday. Positive feedback is it was delivered on time on the day I requested. However, the chocolate IS NOT Godiva chocolate as mentioned in their website, and the chocolate is EXPIRED (07/2025). I sent the complain to the customer service, and their response was to refund me 20% of the cost. The cost of this package is $49.99 with $4.24 tax with it. 20% of the cost should be around $10, but I only received $6.40 refund. Cut it short, I made a call to the customer service instead of through email, after some arguments and reasoning (they couldnt count or they are trying to trick you), it finally agreed to refund me the chocolate cost of $10.65. Another thing I want to mention, the website did not break down the cost of the flowers, teddy bear and chocolate. But I was presented the invoice (later by CS) on the breakdown, and 20% refund was based on only flower cost after 50% disc instead of total cost. Thus it turn out to be only $6.40.

my daughter had a surgery and I ordered flowers, balloon and card for her from SendFlowers website.She never received it. They live in gated community and nothing gets lost. The "SendFlowers" didnt even offer refund or compensation. 2 weeks ago they sent an email that they are investigating the matter. Nothing since. I will not ever order from them again and I do not recommend their service to anyone. There are lot of other places around
My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for valentines day and they got here on time but we're the complete wrong flowers which is crazy because he paid around $70. He called them and asked for a new bouquet and they said ok and that it would be there the next day..it wasn't the next day it was the day after that. After that while im doing maintenance on them I see the very few lilies they put in there the stems are cut extremely short only leaving about an inch of stem instead of leaving ⅓ or ½ of their very long stems meaning they were only placed for 2 day decoration instead of being able to keep them alive. This is a horrible company and they dont even care about your flowers. They are money hungry and this was disgusting behavior for the price and hassle we went through for even the correct bouquet.
The flowers arrived on time! They were very beautiful, my sister loved them. Definitely would buy from them again!
Awful service. Ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Confirmed, payed after a few days they cancelled saying they couldn't fulfill it locally and to re do it via UPS. I did it, paid the extra fee to get the delivery on a busy celebration day, the delivered on th 17!
My son ordered valentines flowers, paid extra for next day delivery. They did not arrive until the 16th. We paid 70 dollars for the bouquet pictured on their site only to have 4 flowers in the bouquet delivered!’ Definitely a scam that keeps the money and does the bare minimum,
If I could gove them zero stars I would. Was posed to be delivered Thursday its Monday and they was just delivered. It looked nothing like the puc. My 3 yr old could've put together a better bouquet. Highly disappointed and will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
I ordered the flowers on the 13th to arrive on Valentine’s day and it is now the 15 and I haven’t received anything. I waited the entire day for absolutely nothing, then I got a message telling me “nobody was able to accept delivery and I haven’t even left my damn apartment, save you money and don’t order from this shit company
Terrible service, I never received my order, I only received an email saying it had already been delivered. I tried to contact them and they didn't resolve anything, they just stole from me.
This company is a scam, Do not ever try ordering or use your credit card. No merchandise received or delivered to the recipient. Once you clicked payment, there's no way to refund your money anymore. Unable to reach the merchant. WARNING ⚠️! It's a scam!
Absolute garbage. Failed to deliver Valentine's flowers then said they will deliver them as soon as they have time. Do not, under any circumstances, trust this rinky dink scam shop with your flower needs. Seriously. Run in the opposite direction.
I give my highest recommendation against this flower company. Ruined what should have been a fantastic Valentine’s Day, when I upgraded the flowers and paid an extra delivery fee. Use at you own risk!
Photos on website do not represent the bouquet’s received at all. Quality, quantity and color is abysmal, total scam. Better off buying gas station flowers.
Misleading dishonest foreigner con artists. First became a victim of their scam on my birthday, then again yesterday for Valentine’s Day. Price gouging, false advertising, and typical bait and switch tactics. Their customer service does not speak fluent English. It took a painful 17 minute phone call just to confirm they had the correct delivery address (this is before I received an arrangement that was not what was advertised/ordered.)The agent I dealt with could hardly speak or understand English. I had difficulty understanding her as well. I had to use the phonetic alphabet to spell the shipping address 5 TIMES. She kept reading it back getting it wrong 🤦🏻♀️ After a ‘mini version’ of my arrangement arrived with only 3 roses, my mother called to complain. The picture on their website shows at least 6 roses! That is a significant difference - especially since my mom ordered a premium arrangement. They advertise satisfaction guaranteed on their website. Their measly 25% refund offer to my mother is laughable and insulting. I wonder what a premium arrangement even looks! We have been shafted by this company every time. My birthday flowers arrived in July dying and did not resemble the picture on the website. Send flowers.com sent a replacement arrangement for birthday flowers that still did not come close to what was advertised on their website. The only positive thing about the replacement arrangement - they weren’t dying! Fast forward to Valentine’s Day, they ripped us off AGAIN. Inferior product, one of 3 roses dying, item received does not match description on the website or what my mother ordered and paid for.If they don’t fully refund us for yet another INTENTIONAL RIP-OFF, this is getting disputed with our credit card company. I’m also showing my local reputable florist who delivered the flowers what was ordered and what was received. Any reputable florist would not deal with this shady company. What you order v. what is delivered is subpar. If there is a breakdown in communication, it cannot possibly be due to my local florists (sendflowers.com refers to my local florist as an ‘affiliate’.) With 770 reviews for sendflowers.com on trustpilot.com, nearly all reviews are negative with the exact same issues we have experienced. The problem lies with sendflowers.com. Sendflowers.com - constantly ripping off senders, disappointing senders and recipients, on holidays and special occasions, year after year. What a shame! Never again. Stay far away.Update - on 02/14 I spoke with another customer service rep who struggled to speak English and I struggled to understand her. I requested to speak to a representative who could speak English. The agent told me nobody else was available. The agent again embarrassed me by offering a 30% discount after offering a 25% discount to my mother. CS also offered to send a replacement arrangement... last time the replacement that was sent was not what was ordered. I insisted a full refund and explained I’ll simply file a claim with our CC company. After pulling teeth I was told we will be fully refunded. We will see. With their documented history of failing to issue promised refunds, I won’t hold my breath.

The worst mistake I ever made, the company sent the wrong (cheaper) flowers than what I chose. Customer service is awful, I tried to work with them but it’s a scam, Do not trust this company. I called my credit card company no way they keeping my money
So my entire order was meant for Valentines day. 1st of all, I was sent an email saying my flowers were delivered however it was on the absolute WRONG day. 2nd, when I get here to the reviews, everyone is saying all this negative stuff. I can't be sure if my flowers arrived or not without ruining the surprise....I guess I'll request a refund. Idk what else to do.
