One thing I noticed is that they check on me after setup to see if everything is working well. They do it in a respectful and friendly way. It feels like real customer care.

Everytime I contct their support I get a helpful answer. They never rush the conversation and always make sure the issue is fixed before ending the chat. I have not had a single bad experience with them.

What I liked most was the transparency

What I liked most was the transparency. They walked me through all the fees and didn't hide anything. I appreciate that because other processors I used before had surprise charges. Here, everything was explained upfront.
