Senske Services caused my mother a heart attack.
So Senske has done Christmas lights at my house for several years. This year their team showed up while I was at work with a manager, Nathan. My mother met with him to discuss the lights. Nathan said he wasn’t going to do the tree this year, which we have done every year for the last decade, for the price we already paid for the lights. He told my mother he wanted an extra $1000 cash to do the tree that was already on the bill. My mother objected to this, saying it’s the same thing we’ve had for years and it’s on the bill. Nathan got made that his grift attempt got turned down and started yelling at my mother like a crazy person, at which point my mother asked him to leave or she’d call the police because she felt threatened by him. I assume he was on drugs to lose his cool so fast and to be trying to grift cash from a customer, but who knows.Well, fast forward an hour and my mother had a stress induced heart attack from this incident. She was in the hospital for a week and is still recovering over a month later. So far the bill is over 80k. Senske has not reached out, 3 workers witnessed this and obviously said nothing. This is all on video from my security system so there is no disputing it. We’ll see if Senske does or says anything but I’m not holding my breath. Just beware, Senske might send a drug addled grifter to your house to scream at your 63 year old mother until she has a heart attack and nearly dies.
