I am at ease!
First thing was that I didn't realize this was a subscription. So when I received an email about a re-order and charge I freaked. I did get a rep, Ramirez, which was so kind, professional and polite, regardless of my frustration. He took care of my subscription cancellation right away, but he could not stop the order from processing. He did help me with details to return or reject the item. I just hope my full-refund gets processed. There customer service is top-notch.

Seranovabeauty's microneedling works better than another brand that I used. Seranovebeauty's needlehead works the best out of the 3 companies that I've tried microneedling from.
