Impeccable customer service
A server is a server. Hardware is hardware. Leaving reviews on those aspects is pointless, anyone can buy parts and set them up. The real review comes in with customer service and the direct personal care given to you as a customer. Some of the needs, demands, and just all around lack of knowledge I had in dealing with this company was making ME frustrated at myself. I could only imagine trying to have the patience to deal with some customers, such as myself, making dumb mistakes and still wanting everything fast and high quality.Yet these guys/gals made sure everything I needed and wanted was not only taken care of, but taken care of promptly and beyond my expectations. From beating deadlines to assisting where needed they far exceeded my needs.Now they most likely have roped me in to moving my other dedicated boxes here. More work for me, but well worth it!

Superior Hosting
My business depends on a very good hosting company. I have been with this host for over 3 years and this is the best hosting services I have used. Their customer service is excellent and they truly go above and beyond. Their hosting is very reliable and we have had zero issues after years of use. Good DDoS protection, fast speeds, and superior support.

Excellent service and good prices
We signed up with Serverstarter after having been with two other hosts. Their GUI is far superior to those we used prior. Their service is excellent -- responsive when we have needed it. Ryan in particular is to be commended for making our transition easy and for helping us upgrade when we needed it. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to whoever is looking for a host for their game server (ours is a Rust dedicated server).

Even in Discord bot accounts you guys must give some config places like environment variables section. The idea to sell a docker machine instance is fire, but without a full environment configuration, it turns unusable

I've worked with a lot of hosting providers over the years for clients and for my own work.SSH provide the best service by far.The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They just do their job and provide excellent hardware along with excellent customer service.There's no point in going anywhere else.

Second to none Service
I am senior staff on multiple Rust servers that use SSH for our hosting needs. No matter what time it is they are there to help. Even something as simple as a restart because staff is not able to hop on they will do it. I have dealt with multiple host and it can take days to hear back from them when an issue arises but that is never the case with SSH.

I recently started a server just as…
I recently started a server just as something to do on the side. That’s not the great thing about SSH. It’s the other servers I’m affiliated with that they take care of us on. Before we open a ticket with an issue they’re already working on it no matter what time it is they’ll take care of you. We had a server crash on launch and they upgraded us until a replacement could be found. Just the best you could ask for nothing else comes close.

We needed a dedicated server for a streamers event, 10/10 service. Personalized attention, and when we had doubts in certain configurations we were attended at the time resolving it.

I placed my order for the server very late and didnt get to setting it up the next day. I had a issue with getting rcon to work. by the time i got around to work on the server the free trial expired. over all the server did run the game very well. I am planning on getting a month of service soon to see how the derver holds up after a game wipe
