5 stars not just because of my recent purchase but they have been consistent over the many yrs I have been dealing with Steve Webb . They take the time to help out with all my questions and provide good and honest advice. I can’t praise them enough and I would always try to buy from them where possible .I can only use them mail order but if I am ever in their vicinity I will call in and thank them personally

Its not often i write a review but in this case it is great to come across a company with such dedication to customer service. The team at Steve Webb models have gone above and beyond with helping our CanSat team Phoenix2 (who have won and an award from the European Space Agency) with out their dedication in obtaining the parts we needed, allowing us to be able to compete in the event... we probably would not have been able to complete our scientific mission.I would 110% recommend the company, without their help we would not have been able to build our CanSat... Thanks Team you are great keep up the great customer service!!! you are all brilliant...
Went to buy rc boat got home found small but essential part missing. Contacted the shop and the part arrived quickly and without fuss. Service was efficient, polite and professional. Will be a future customer.
I have been a customer of Steve Webb Models ever since Steve first opened the shop. Both myself and my son have bought many kits and lots of equipment from the shop and now online. It is nice to visit the shop, which is an aladdin's cave of fantastic goodies, and just absorb the atmosphere.The staff are all very experienced in all aspects of model building and are an invaluable source of expert advice.

A company that can deliver my order in 48 hours from the other side of the country gets my vote. Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Great service and the first place to look for model projects. Very pleased.
