Out of pocket £340, shocking customer service.
I used Sevenstore's returns service with DPD to send back 3 pairs of trainers, worth £340. I dropped the parcel at a pickup shop. It was scanned on the system (which shows with DPD tracking). The items have apparently not arrived back with Sevenstore. However they will not contact DPD or open an investigation in to the whereabouts of the parcel. DPD will not deal directly with me, since this is Sevenstore's service.Customer service emails seem to be AI generated. Quite frankly these are a joke.There is no way to contact by telephone.Extremely frustrated. Out of pocket. I have made lots of orders with Sevenstore; but unfortunately will not use this company again now.
