I took an interest in these dolls during the pandemic and a second divorce. I have purchased several from different online stores and I had my share of predictable problems in the past as far as maybe some shipping issues and some damage from the shipper. Having said that after years of research with these things found out that tpe is a good thing and I was impressed with the whole way things worked out and that they were made and the different kinds of skeletons and as I progressed into this world of dolls I started to learn the differences between them all what was cheap what wasn't what's going to work what will break easy and that's a lot of factors that I won't go into because as the dolls each person is different on how they would treat whatever it is that they buy. After many experiences that didn't stand out other than just a normal sale. Now fast forward to now I decided to up my game from tpe to silicone for personal reasons and just wanted to see what the other side of the fence looks like a little more expensive but I've got to say a lot more pleasing to all the senses because of their meticulous detail that goes into it and the flexibility of the advanced skeletal systems add to the whole realism of it and I was really taken back how realistic this particular doll looks this being my first silicone one I am totally pleased with it but moreover I'm totally pleased with this dealer they were right on point with me with customer service we talked through the whole process when I had a question it was answered in a timely fashion and some people would be scared to be asking questions about this kind of thing but these people don't judge you for this most people judge themselves in a more harsh manner than anybody else would this is part of life and sex toys are part of life as well for the few of us that aren't ashamed to admit it I'm here to say that I am completely satisfied with the service and product that this company puts out and if it wasn't for the customer service it would have just been another sale but they made it more customized to what it was that I was asking in the concerns that I was feeling we're minimized by quick and effective response and shipment of the product and sometimes I've gotten things from other places where you see something you like you order it and something else shows up but you're too intimidated to turn around and say hey this was the wrong one maybe I could return it and people take that for granted because these people will help you out there's no joke about it if you're serious enough to purchase from them they're serious enough to give you efficient advice and help and help you navigate your way through the purchase of and knowledge of the world of adult sex dolls I plan to buy more although I would like to stick on the silicone side of the fence from now on because of the lighter weight and the flexibility and the real is it tpe is just fine don't get me wrong if you take care of it the way you're supposed to it will take care of you but I was looking for another level of realism that I wasn't finding anywhere else until I just happen to browse these people and now I don't need to look anywhere else I will use them for all my purchases and I feel like a customer not a number you know if you want good customer service and a good product these are the guys and I'm tooting their horn because they did me right so if you have any skepticism or any doubts about anything here get rid of them because Anna and her team of professionals will help you get where you want to go no judgment no hassle just a good service and a good product I couldn't be happier
This is my first time dealing with SDP. They had a nice selection of Asian dolls so I gave them a shot. The doll I ordered was great, shipped fast and resembled the pictures (minus the usual makeup companies use for pictures).I took off one star because the original doll head I ordered had to be shipped from China, so the head and body came separately. They gave me a free random head but I didn't like it so the doll was unused until the original head arrived. But, this was a minor inconvenience overall. Anna in customer service was very sweet, attentive and helpful. She would answer fairly quickly, no less than 3-4 hours after mailing them.All in all, a good company. I would recommend SDP! 👍
Great company was skeptical at first due to using a different company and no item arrived after a £600 spend so turned to this company there is a few neg reviews over the Internet but I wouldn't go on that from my experiance it was a 7 day turnaround with my item at the door packaged well good item discreet plain packaging too! Anna is great at customer service and care for customers will awnser any questions before buying during and even after never got ignored or waited any longer than the timezone difference so half a day ish for a reply which was fine great company over all if your skeptical about their full size dolls dont be 100% worth the buy.

Delivery was pretty fast (4 days), and the packaging was discreet. I mean, it's a large cardboard box, but there was no labeling on it clearly indicating what it was.It felt weird screwing on the head and putting on the wig, but then the doll looked good! I like the look and shape of the doll. She has the shape of an attractive woman of the size that I selected. The waist is a bit exaggeratedly small, but I find it sexy. I was impressed by how many joints she has. Not quite as flexible as a real woman, but more flexible than I expected. The joints are pretty stiff (it takes some force to bend her legs, for example), but I think that's not a bad thing, because she doesn't have muscles to hold herself up; only the stiffness of her joints keeps her position, and without that stiffness she would collapse like so much dead weight.The flesh has a nice squishy feel that I like. It's not quite like real skin, as it sticks and catches more than I like, but I imagine that it's about as close as modern technology can get to the feel of real human skin. After a few washings, I noticed her skin feeling more sticky than initially, and they advised that I apply talcum powder or baby powder and then wipe off excess powder with a clean cloth. That did help with the stickiness, but it is a tricky process, as it's hard to evenly apply just the right amount of powder (too much and she is leaving white powder everywhere, too little and she feels sticky). With practice, I think I'm getting better at it.I feel like the wig/hair could have been better. It doesn't stay on very well, and the lengths of hairs is inconsistent; there are annoyingly many short hairs that won't stay in a pony tail. I'll probably look for a new wig from somewhere else.The doll stained more easily than I expected, and soap was no help. It did not come with stain remover (the website said something about not being able to include stain remover due to import requirements) so I had to order it separately. The stain remover worked well to remove stains from dark clothing, but I was shocked and annoyed by how small the container of stain remover was (10 grams of cream). When I complained to their customer service, they sent me a second tiny container of stain remover for no additional charge. The doll came with a little block of spare TPE flesh, so I started leaving new clothes on the spare block overnight before putting it on the doll, but some articles just took longer to stain. So then I started going with the other recommendation of only using white or light-colored clothing.It's fun to play with the doll. I mainly purchased it so I could have something to cuddle with when I didn't have a person to cuddle with. My hope was that it would be better than having nothing to cuddle (or, I guess, better than a body pillow). I found that, in fact, while it's not as good as cuddling a real woman generally, it's actually more enjoyable than some women that I've cuddled with.In the five weeks that I've had her, she has gotten a variety of minor scrapes and scuffs just from moving her around. I don't think I play with her especially hard, but I do play with her. So I'm expecting that I'll probably be lucky if she lasts a year. Eventually I expect the accumulation of scrapes and scuffs and marks to get sufficiently annoying that I'll get a replacement.
