I ordered 2 frames back to back and I received them as promised in excellent condition. I accidentally replied to the email letting me know my order had shipped and they even responded to that immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was very excited to find these and…
Was very excited to find these and ordered instantly! When i received it, I actually got it out of the UPS drivers hands and when I did, I could hear broken glass inside the box. I immediately opened it and took a pic. I then reached out via email with the pic to Shart to let them know and I heard back from them within 24 hours that they would send out a replacement asap and they apologized. I received my replacement and it was not damaged and was packaged properly. I will be getting more of these and am a lifetime customer. Thanks Shart!

Product works as described, installation was quick, intuitive and easy. My shirt looks great and is now preserved. Shipping was fast. Certainly planning on ordering more in near future.

Easy to use
Easy to use. I bought the premium frame but the website doesn't clarify the difference between the standard and the premium frames. I would and will use Sharts again though next time I'll probably order the standard frame.
