Zastanawiam się tylko kto mógł dodać dobrą opinie na stronie my kia polska o tej firmie. Nie polecam odradzam wielkie oszustwo!!! Czy jest ktoś pokrzywdzony komu udało się wygrać z tym procederem ? I'm just wondering who could have added a good review on the my kia polska website about this company. I don't recommend it, I advise against it, a huge fraud!!! Is there anyone who has been wronged and managed to win against this procedure?

This was my first experience with KoreaMotors
This was my first experience with shop.korea-motors.com. Once I corrected my mistakes in order data, it flowed smooth, automatic follow up and order updates ending with delivery notification. All parts bought as a kit, were well packaged, accordingly to the description. Total transit time was good to me. I will definitively use their service again.

Scam. They give you options of the part number you need. You accept and parts are not correct. They do not solve the issue, neither return the money. Never buy from them

Hello everyone, I wish I could have visited this review before wasting my money to those thieves. I transferred 4187$ for the purchase of a new engine for my Hyundai porter2 truck on 10th June 2022, but since then they cut any communications with me, I tried all means and when I mention my order number they say we are still waiting for the ship. I filled complaints case with Korea police and I am still waiting. Their website doesn’t even accept customer reviews This company seems to be a fake company owned by Russian they even pretend to have a representative in Russia and in Turkey. I advise everyone to stay away of this fake business company.

Received payment then Blocked Me
Once they received my payment they ceased all communication. No longer responded with their email, online chat and blocked me from calling on whatsapp.I googled and became very worried after reading horror stories from other buyers and increased my efforts to contact them. No replies at all. When I tried calling continuously they blocked me.I have now had to spend time lodging fraud report with NZ Police and have had to pay huge fees to attempt to recover some of the money. I have been told that it will be considerably less

Korea Motors are Crooks
This company dishonestly sent me a refurbished Santa Fe engine with used components on a new frame.I have a 2015-16 sorento. I ordered a new engine and components. I previously wrote a negative review then changed it because the company responded but things went downhill after I received the engine.To date, the sorento is not drivable since time must be spent fixing a used fuel pump, reshaping a driveshaft and refitting my sorento components onto the Santa Fe main frame.I am still trying to locate the engine serial number.After the initial call to confirm the order, the company ghosted me and I have not from them until today. I received a brief email confirming that the transaction for the purchase took place.This company should be punished or publicly shamed by Korean Law. I should be compensated for having to pay extra for double repair work.

Hello, the 27/11/2020 I ordered a double exhaust and a rear bumper for my Hyundai. They asked me to make the payment of 919,99 euros before registering my order which I made by bank transfer. On 07/12/2020 the site confirmed to me that my transfer was correct and that the order was in progress. Since the site no longer responds to the cats I send on their site or to the reminders emails I sent with accused of reading. I filed a fraud complaint on our government website for fraud. I now request either a refund of the amounts paid or a return on the order made. According to the Facebook site, the practice of this company seems common with foreign clients with sometimes large sums. I strongly advise you to absolutely flee this site and not to make any payments remotely!

A rough start with a good outcome
I wrote a negative review previously. But then Korea Motors contacted me and apologized for the delayed service. The rep addressed my concerns politely and even followed up to ensure that the process was happening as planned inspite of covid-19 restrictions.I received my engine in 6 months on the other side of the globe. An almost bad experience had a happy ending. I took a star away for the language barrier.
