I ordered Nov. 1. It's now the day before Valentines Day and my chocolate keeps saying "backordered". They used to just be slow. But now I think they're outright scamming me.

The best sugar free chocolate bad service
The best sugar free chocolate, unfortunately they take forever to ship and I'm currently sitting on a 2 month order that simply says backordered. I'll probably cancel it and hope someday they can get their act together.

Ordered and was SCAMED.
Ordered Chocolate . waiting for delivery for about a month now. I see online that my order is backordered. I called help desk to cancel and they saying that they dont have my order, but I can see it on my account and charge account . They don't want to cancel or refund.

BIG RIP OFF SCAM
Just like everyone else, I thought I was getting Dark Chocolate for $4.95 and didn't read the mice type stating it was a 7 day trial. I was billed $34.95 and of course when I called they offered the 30% discount. I got taken which rarely happens. So they're basically making money with the ripoff 30% discount for people that noticed the charge and they're hoping no one notices so they can keep charging and sending the candy every month.

I ordered a free trial of some dark…
I ordered a free trial of some dark chocolate from askinnychocolate.com, which is a fake name for SkinnyMe Chocolate. Total cost FREE! However, I didn't notice that I was also enrolled in an auto ship program. They took $35.00 the next month and I didn't receive any chocolate. Then they took out $39.95 the next month and no product! I called and after telling Joshua what happened he agreed to refund all the money, other than the first $4.95. Very deceptive company. I am waiting to see if the money is actually credited back into our account. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!

Deceptive advertising
Deceptive advertising. Supposed to get 1 bag free just pay for shipping. Opportunity to buy additional for a discount. I ordered the Dark Chocolate and never got the other product I ordered. Then noticed I got charged $34.99 on my credit card. Didn't know I was automatically enrolled in autoship. Called to get credited and they cancelled autoship but only gave me a 30% refund on something I didn't even receive. So my "free" bag of chocolate cost me $4.95 plus $24.99. To make matters worse, I didn't like the Dark Chocolate that I did receive.

BEWARE, this company will not let u "opt out!" I have tried 5 times to get removed from thier list and all I get is a "go to our website" hit "unsubscribe" BUT they dosent work.

Ordered almond brownie..well I got dark chocolate with almond dust no brownie taste and definitely lacked almonds what their original selling price is I expected way better.Do yourself a favor buy lily's almond chocolate bar won't disappoint..

The product is very good however
The product is very good however, once purchased you are automatically enrolled in a subscription plan that costs approximately $40 per bag. Once I figured out why they sent three bags at one time, charged my credit card for unordered bags, I called and killed the subscription.Will not order again, just on principle. Sheesh.

I don't know if this is a true scam, but it feels like it when it says "Free Trial" and then in little tiny lettering it says you will be enrolled in a monthly subscription after that. It's $40 for a bag of chocolate in this subscription. And there are empty wrappers in the bags. The chocolate is fine, but not worth that! If you want to try it, make sure you call IMMEDIATELY and cancel after you receive your trial bag. I was furious when I saw a $40 charge on my credit card... don't fall for it!

Poor quality and poor service.
The Zero Sugar Peanut Butter Cups Were not like the picture and did not taste like peanut butter. Their Get One FREE trial bag of our delicious zero sugar* they never sent and when I called after several emails they charged me and never sent me the free sample.

Buyer Beware
Wish I could give a better review, because I like the chocolate but think they are deceptive in their trial offer. I was charged $34.99 for the "$4.95 free trial" before I received the chocolate.
