This company needs to be the subject of a class action lawsuit. I like many others purchased a policy to cover my boat. When it came time that I had to make a claim, they basically told me that because of the age of my boat (23 years old) they had to take depreciation into account and with that, the damaged part of the boat had no value and they would not pay anything to replace it, leaving me with the $3200 bill. I asked specifically how they determine the lifespan of an engine, and was provided no answer. Do not buy a policy from this company-
Quoted to insure my boat, send them all the information about my boat etc, In one moment they just stopped to answer me. Called them back and they was pretty rude at the phone and declined to insure my boat because I have intense motivation to sell my boat in future... Not sure that is the good idea to interact with them in case that you may really have some problems with your boat...
